Buddy is an asset to your company. He was very knowledgeable, polite and explained some issues with my ac/heat unit while showing me the areas of concern. I had never before seen the inside of my unit. RS Andrews will be the company I will call in the future.

Awesome work. Heat is back on! Dylan was punctual and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and obtain a unique part that the unit required quickly after a series of phone calls to suppliers.

Update: Scheduled a furnace service today and Hope was very down to earth yet professional. She explained everything in a way I could comprehend. She inspected all units carefully and talked me through what she was looking at. The visit was a breeze and it was very pleasant working with Hope.

I placed my order via Lowes. Ricky was the technician that came to replace my water heater. He did a phenomenal job. My house was debris free when the job is done. He explained everything to me and made sure everything works without leaks before he left. I would say they are trustworthy and professional. I would use them again.

They do an excellent job,they are professional with their work,I would highly recommend them. They install a tankless water heater for me and I love it. The technician that installed my Tankless water heater is Toby and he did fantastic job.

9Feb2026. Jonathan Shumate did an outstanding! The system is only 5 months old. He quickly diagnosed the heating issue, cleaned out the flame sensor and boom. Works great. Thank you.

Jun 26, 2025. I have been a long term customer. the Technician, Nick, did an amazing job diagnosing our Nest thermostat. We still don’t know why the thermostat did not cool the house last weekend when we were away for a few days. Temp was set at 72 and when we returned home, house was 88 degrees…. We’ll continue to monitor it with the Nest app. Thanks. Ernie DAntonio.
