Had a gas leak at my property and needed it repaired ASAPfor the tenants. Called at least 8 different companies before RS answered and had a tech out the same day and fixed the problem. Fair priced and efficient, definitely have them on speed dail from now on.

Scott came out,serviced my a/c unit. He was friendly and professional. Completed the work on a timely manner. Only issue I had was RS Andrews changed my appointment from Thursday to Friday without informing me so one star off for that.
Update. Scott came out serviced my hearing unit. He was friendly and professional as always. Completed work in a timely manner. Only issue i had was I asked only for Scott 2 weeks before my appointment. On the day of the appointment 2 hours waiting, they announced they were sending another technician. So I had to move my appointment to a different date

Our service technician (Jonathon McDaniels) was exceptional, he arrived on time and started his job. He explained all details of his service with clarity and to our understanding. He is a truthful and an honest straight shooter who has the clients best interest in mind. Something that is not seen much of these days. It is my solemn opinion that if you want a service technician with honorable intentions and values then ask for Jonathon McDaniels from R.S. Andrews and you won’t sorry.
