I was impressed with Jermain’s professionalism and desire to solve the problem. Ended-up to be standing water in the flue, and within 10 minutes he added two more pipe support straps to achieve the proper slope to prevent any additional water being trapped again.

Installers were very professional, prompt friendly. Electricians were okay but not as friendly or caring as the installers. Installers took the time to answer questions in detail but the electricians seemed to be more rushed.

The Technician (Mike) was very thorough in his examination of the unit. He gave us a detailed review of problems he discovered, some that was created or omitted by previous Technicians from another company dating back to the installation o the unit. I am in the process of taking the necessary corrections and negligence of the previous company( well known in this area)that has proven to be very costly for me.

Did cancel the first time . They called me to schedule then canceled due to excess service calls. I had already took time off to be at home. They did discount the service. But the evening before would have been ok not the morning of the visit. Service tech was very professional.

Dylan did an outstanding job with my Furnace and was very professional, he sets the standards of RS Andrews of Tidewater, My house was only warm upstairs and 10-12 degrees cooler downstairs which me and my wife did not enjoy with these long winter days. We have only been living in the home for 2 months and still learning about our first home. Dylan quickly found that our air duct to downstairs was completely closed and one of the vents was disconnected in one of our rooms. Dylan made the repairs with precision and speed. He answered all of my questions with knowledge, expertise and cared. I highly recommend Dylan for any of your HVAC needs and wants.

Jun 26, 2025. I have been a long term customer. the Technician, Nick, did an amazing job diagnosing our Nest thermostat. We still don’t know why the thermostat did not cool the house last weekend when we were away for a few days. Temp was set at 72 and when we returned home, house was 88 degrees…. We’ll continue to monitor it with the Nest app. Thanks. Ernie DAntonio.
