We had the pleasure of having Hope as our technician; She is excellent! Hope explained everything that she was doing, and provided us with information on how to care for our unit. If there is ever a need for maintence, we definitely want Hope to service us.

During one of the hottest weeks in Spring my HVAC decided to stop working. Thank goodness RS Andrews works everyday! Came by my house on short notice and Steven quickly assessed the situation. No gimmicks, no unnecessary parts replacement; just fast, honest, efficient service. House is supercool again! TY RS Andrews!!!

Today, ( 4/17/26 ) I had a new HVAC system installed. I would have given Anthony and Arliss an 10 star rating, if it was possible.They were extremely professional and friendly . And they made sure everything was cleaned afterwards . I would highly recommend a raise. 😂 I appreciate them respecting the cleanliness of my home. All in all, this was a nice experience with your company. Have a blessed day.

The guy was thorough and did what he was supposed to do and even caught things the other techs did catch like the hot water to the air handler, the filter inside needs cleaned, and there’s water sitting in the pan. However when the emergency breaker to the ac unit was flipped off he couldn’t get it to turn back on and said the unit needs a whole new by pass breaker installed. He did mention that the breaker can be replaced but highly recommended the unit have a new by pass breaker installed.

Was searching April 15 26 @ night for HVAC service came across one of home Depot contractors they called me immediately the same night set my appt for the next day Buddy came out and found out the problem friendly, customer service was great and he answered every question and everything he was doing he explained I will recommend this company they where a blessing thanks again 🙏
