Dylan was great! He got straight to work, took photos of everything, explained to me what was happening to/with my unit so that I would understand why things he was suggesting needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. He did the service on my unit and I only paid the advertised special price of $29! He was friendly, professional, and it was easy to understand what he was saying to me. I was impressed with the customer service experience and signed up for their pro service plan which will help me not to go too long without getting my unit serviced and will also give me discounts and priority appt times in the future. Great deal if you ask me! Thanks Dylan!!

Very Positive experience from beginning to end. Our technician Justin and manager Chuck were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to meet all of our needs and requests. Our water heater failed before scheduled appt time and they quickly made rearrangements to come earlier for installation. Price was fair and similar to competition. Highly recommend RS Andrews Tidewater. Again extra thanks to Justin he went above and beyond!

UPDATE:
November 20,2025-Very disappointed. We were scheduled for an annual furnace inspection today, 11/20/2025, between 10am-2pm. At 10:17am I received a text telling me the call needs to be rescheduled for 12/10 or later. I don’t get it, at 9:00 this morning I received a text telling me how much they looked forward to seeing us today. I called, to be honest I was so frustrated that I didn’t even hear the excuse. I just told them I would be using someone else. I understand things happen. My problem is, they sent texts all week reminding me of our appointment. Like I said, they even sent one this morning. They canceled 17 minutes into the time frame of the scheduled appointment. And, they can’t reschedule us for at least 3 weeks! This is unacceptable. I have to wonder if it was the price I was to be charged, $39 maybe $36, I’m not exactly sure. The reason I was going to get the service so cheap was because they had called me back in September with that price offer, the representative said they had to honor it. That was their doing. I was expecting $89 or more. Did they realize how low the price was offered to me and didn’t want to take such a big hit. I don’t know. Just no way to treat a customer.

Unprofessional technicians sent twice. The first one had his cellphone out filming my dog while he was supposed to be servicing our units.
Today the technician sat outside for over twenty minutes when he finally came inside, he did not say good morning. No acknowledgment of my presence in my own home. He went to the backyard to service our unit and was there maybe 10 minutes when he asked if he could use our restroom. He proceeded to poop in my bathroom and leave evidence that he had done so! What professional comes to your house to perform service and unload themselves in your bathroom. He sat out front for over 20 minutes before coming to the door and he could have easily went to a store bathroom before he started the job.The sink was dry so he didn’t have the decency to wash his hands. Nasty, rude and disrespectful is what I feel from this RS Andrews technician. He returned outside to work & turned his music up like he was at a backyard barbecue and my husband had to ask him to turn the music off. How can you hear what’s going on with my unit if you have your music turned up. So disappointing 😡

Jun 26, 2025. I have been a long term customer. the Technician, Nick, did an amazing job diagnosing our Nest thermostat. We still don’t know why the thermostat did not cool the house last weekend when we were away for a few days. Temp was set at 72 and when we returned home, house was 88 degrees…. We’ll continue to monitor it with the Nest app. Thanks. Ernie DAntonio.
