Called to set up appointment for evacuation frost and ice on & inside unit outside which is preventing heater not working to heat home.
Derrick was the technician who came out to inspect the problem and was very professional, explained the cause so can repair the problem.
In all I have to say great job im hoping they send him back out to finish and complete the job. 👍👍

Promptly made it out to my house and took a look at what was wrong with my unit. Tech was very friendly and broke things down so I could understand what the issue was.
The customer service rep was very helpful and nice to speak with. Overall great service!

On one of the coldest nights of the year our heat stopped working. In desperation I called RS Andrew's and the same evening they sent Buddy. Buddy had us up and running again and was able to explain why the heat wasn't working. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also, the repair price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I’ve had some issues with my HVAC system. The technician from RS Andrews was here the next day and spent the time to inspect and diagnose the issues. I appreciated the thorough inspection that was completed.

The technician arrived during the appropriate time frame and he was pleasant, professional, thorough, and swift! He made sure to explain things in the process to make it as transparent as possible, especially since I always ask a million questions! We're very happy and our home is warm again!

Dustin with RS Andrews, took care of my sewer backup and explained the issue. His explanation was very detailed, where I understood what he was saying. The coupon I used was the exact amount I paid, and was not a bait and switch, like other companies who charge you more. Thank you. Dustin, for your courteous and professional work ethics!

Gary showed up right on time, friendly and knowledgeable and got straight to work, he serviced our machines and advised on changing one part to do with cooling which makes complete sense as summer we were thinking it wasint pushing out what it should. We were waaaay overdue for any maintenance or parts replacements. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Will be returning for our maintenance from now on.

Dustin was the tech who showed up to do the estimate. He was very professional and pesonable.
I didn't get the man's name that me out and changed the equipment. He was professional and very knowledgeable.

My service technician Jonathan Shumate came out this evening on Saturday January 24th 2026 even after I was unable to keep our morning appointment thank you all for that. Jonathan is very polite courtesy and answered all my questions and was a big help and spent the time addressing my concerns. Jonathan is a great technician and a true asset to your company.

I want to double down on my last review 4 years ago. When I contacted RS Andrews for an issue with the water heater they installed they were very prompt in response to come out immediately and resolve it and that too under the warranty. Cant say how much I am impressed.
