Very positive experience with the technician, who's name is Gesti. He was professional & courteous. ARS was wonderful in keeping me informed of their time of arrival. Julia, who handled my call, was terrific.

Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had mold growing in the system and he installed a UV lights, oxidizer and a surge protector. Also received a complimentary coil cleaning.
