I am very impressed with all the service technicians and sales person that helped me purchase a new air/ furnace system. Everyone was very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. Andreas made sure I saw what was wrong with my old furnace, before they gave me options for repair or purchase of a new system

Technicians on all the service visits are very competent and polite.
Our only service calls have been for annual or semi-annual system checks. The product we purchased, Carrier, has been very reliable.

First diagnosed as $4k compressor issue. Got 2nd opinion. ARS rechecked and did hours of work under warranty. No charge.

I requested a tune up on my AC for the winter months. Aldi Jazxhi was the one scheduled to come out. He was great and the first honest technician to come out from your company. He showed me pictures on what was going one and that I had mold growing in my unit in the garage. He showed me three options for a UV light. I choose the middle option because he said the top option would be too much the low option wasn't worth getting. And the middle option would be great for the size unit I have. He also told me my unit is working great. The others I had would always tell me I needed a new fan motor. Which I know that was incorrect. I will always request him to tune up my AC. I appreciated the honesty from him. Thank you.

I worked with ARS through home depot, they dismantled and replaced our indoor and outdoor 4 tonne unit within a day and were VERY well priced.

Was very happy with the service and repairs I received. All servicemen were on time, professional and worked diligently until my job was completed. (I had my entire supply and return ducts replaced). Communication was clear from original inspection to final repair, answering all questions I had. Debris was removed leaving no trace. I will definitely schedule my annual maintenance/tune ups with ARS/Rescue Rooter from this point forward.

Our Nest Thermostat was not working. We could never have gotten the newly installed one to work on our phones without the help of Louis he was very patient with us and getting the new thermostat installed. And this was during our scheduled preventative maintenance.

ARS kept me informed on technicians progress to my address. Excellent job, technician advised me to install an electrostatic filter and replace my UV bulbs and gave a estimate. Seemed reasonable and is nice to know that I'm ready for winter. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thank you.

Aldi did my bi-annual maintenance call. He was thorough and after discovering 2 UV lights not working. he replaced them. Then he offered an option to consider.
He did a nice job of explaining things to me and educated me on 'why' things happen and what I should do. Kudos Aldi !
