I had a great experience , I bought a good system at Lowe’s , ARS installers were out here next day and did the install . Really good respectful installers . I would make the same choice if I had to do it again .

Initially. I thought I was getting a good deal on air conditioning maintenance when I signed at home depot for $19 annual maintenance. My ARS technician arrived timely, very personable, knowledgeable and very thorough with his explanation of my system,
potential for breakdown due to its advanced age. He took photos which documented its current condition. As a nurse, I recognized the cause of my asthma to be the dark spots as "biologic material" present on the intake fan blades and ducts. We were able to
have a same day visit from
Andreas who explained the different types of hvac systems available from their company ARS. I did suffer abit of "sticker shock" at the price of 4ton hvac replacement, complete duct replacement as well as air purification in the new system. It has been one month since install. I could NOT have asked for better technicians or service. The scope of work took two days however the experience was flawless. The permit inspection closed easily. We did need additional dampers to regulate air flow. One call to the office and all is perfect. I have not needed to use my Asthma rescue inhaler due to my new Rheem HVAC Heat pump system and replacement ducts. Life is good - and comfortable. Thank you Tristan, Andreas and the best in-stall crew !!
October '25. Tony came out for our first maintenance/tune up. There was no charge. He came at the time set and at my request, gave me ideas to upgrade the system to prevent mold and dust in my new ducts. I have asthma. I cannot tell you how happy I have been to wake without the choking / congestion which occurred each morning with the old unit and original ductwork. Thank you ARS.

My tech Violdi was very helpful. He came out to preform a tune up on my unit and he also recommended the maintenance plan for my unit. We were very pleased and impressed by how responsive ARS was when our A/C went down on a July day with a heat index of over 100 degrees. Their sales representative was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. We bought an American-made product at a competitive price with a long history of reliability. The installation team was professional, courteous, efficient and had us up and running in just a few hours. We will happily recommend ARS to our friends and family should the need arise.

The sales technician was knowledgeable locating the problem with our AC. The blower motor and UV light was installed in a timely manner with technicians who were respectful and courteous.
