Excellent service from start to finish. The technician was on time and was very courteous and clearly knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my system in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Absolute 100% professional, courteous and reliable service I haven’t seen in a company in awhile. The Installers did a phenomenal job with all equipment, including a quick education on what was done and salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the entire systems and how they work inside and outside. Will recommend to all!!

Work crew was professional, stayed busy and were always working. Not one bad attitude, everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Highly recommend ARS for HVAC work. Brand new system, including ducting, was installed in just under 8hrs.

Technician was on time and he gave my HVAC system a maintenance service. he was very polite and pleasant and would have no problem having ARS again.
Update on review: 4/10/26
I had my unit completely serviced a month ago, hence the original review, and then the unit stopped working so I had to have them come out again yesterday.. Come to find out the reason why my unit was not working is because the drain line on my system was completely plugged, that does not happen in a month's time.. Also, my UV that had been installed, brand new and installation just a year ago, completely stopped working and had become disconnected, this does not happen in a month's time either.. The tech that came to my home this time for the repair was very polite, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me in detail what was wrong and how I can do certain preventative maintenances on my system as well. He right away found the issues as to why my unit had stopped working for me.. My question is if I just had my unit 'completely'serviced a month, as I thought it was, then why would that tech not have known that my drain line was completely plugged and that my UV unit was no longer working?? If checking those particular items is not included in a maintenance check, then I say why the heck wouldn't it be.. How do you service a unit and not know that those issues are going on with it.. Now I had to pay almost $400 to have them come out and drain the lines to my unit, which I thought was very pricey to start with, but as far as I'm concerned I shouldn't have had to pay anything to have this unit repaired because it should have been done during the maintenance check.. Not happy about this particular incident at all.. Again the technician that came to my home yesterday to repair what was wrong, could not have been better at what he was doing than he was, and informing us of different issues about maintenance with the unit.. I had no problem with ARS through the entire install of a brand new unit, but I'm certainly not happy how the maintenance of my system turned out a month ago, and now I was charged $400 to fix the issue.. In my opinion both of these issues should have been caught during a normal maintenance service but it was not, I can't say that it doesn't make me a little leary about having another maintenance call on my unit from ARS, if these types of issues either would not be covered under a maintenance agreement, which would make absolutely no sense to me at all, or that it wasn't caught during a normal maintenance service period..
I don't like to leave a negative review for anybody, but I feel that people need to pay attention when a tech comes to their home to watch what they do and what they don't do.. Just saying!!
Not happy about the $400 bill at all, and the rest of the issues didn't leave me with confidence with ARS..

Great service! Had an emergency issue and the tech showed up within an hour! He was able to get the ac up and running in a very little down time!

Tech Mihag was coustery and very knowledgeable. On time and explained everything that he did,clean system advised need a surge protector for system quote price. Mihag was a very knowledgeable tech.

My technician was very timely and professional. He did notice and corrected that my drain line was draining properly. He also recommended that I needed to get the UV light for the supply side. My UV light still works for the other items like the ducts and coils. I will think seriously about upgrading on my next maintenance check. I also did renew my service contract for a year.

Draviold Shkembi came to my house for a service today and he did a great job. Very knowledgeable, he presented himself very nicely and answered all my questions.
We got a great deal installing UV lights in our unit ti prevent for it to have mold in the future and to keep the air flow inside the house clean! I have been a customer of SRS for 6 years and they never let me down. Highly recommended.
