The gentlemen showed up timely, worked together wonderfully, shared tasks but working in tandem. Efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and were able to educate me on new system and thermostat app to work it remotely. Perfect from purchase to completion.

ARS / Rescue Rooter of Tampa Bay has really delivered! We HIGHLY recommend them. They are a huge company but really go above and beyond with every project and install, large or small. I received several quotes from local companies and ARS was not only cheaper, but the actual quote included more work and modifications to ultimately make sure our new systems would function with maximal efficiency. They increased our return sizes, actually ran a whole new return line to a system, completely reconfigured one interior air handler to gain better access (and gave the room a better aesthetic by having access in a closet vs the actual bedroom), re-engineered the elevated exterior platforms seamlessly (not every AC company even does that!), completely sealed all plenums, and upgraded / fully set up our two new EcoNet thermostats before they left. With any hiccup or issue (and there was some, to be expected with an older house and modifications), I was NEVER asked to absorb the cost of any of it. Truly a professional company who delivers what they say they will do for the price quoted. This was a big job and ARS had a big crew: 2 to 3 work vans / crews for two full days. They had an awesome financing option (0% for 24 months) and literally were able to start the very next day. There were so many people but these guys were awesome: Team Patrick and Eric, Team Alfredo and Ledion, and the supervisor / advisor duo of Jimmy Davila and Travis Grippe. Between the two units (5 ton and 3 ton), all the extra ancillary work included (reframing, electrical), the oxidizer options, the UV light options, extended parts / labor warranties, and financing options, I don't see why you would go elsewhere. Honesty and legitimately highly recommend!
