The job cost more than expected but the new heater was put in very quickly. Due to my heater was leaking I was in a bind to get someone to my house to replace it. He did a pro job.

A/C technician, Buddy, was very good. Explained all he was doing and why. Showed me pictures of my unit so I could see what he did.This was a regular 6 months checkup and there were no problems with the unit. He suggested I should add refrigerant to unit, running a little low. I took his advice.

The office personnel were very polite and accurate in keeping us up to date & informed of when to expect our plumber. The plumber, Brandon arrived very promptly. He was dressed professionally, was courteous , very knowledgeable, respectful, & considerate . Once the work was completed he showed me what he had done, explaining and answering my questions and left the work area very neat. We are so happy we use this company!

Regrettably the mechanic will have to return to probably turn the unit back on outside the building because the unit was working before the maintenance service began but it is not running now. There appears to be a rather hard sell for a new unit. I plan on doing that but the services should have been completed nonetheless.

Technician was good. I have a new system from you that is a year old . Each time I have the 6 months checkup you want to have me spend more money on new things to add!!! This is very annoying since I just don’t thousands on a new unit 1 year ago!!!

Felix did a wonderful job installing a special filter on my AC to help me with my severe allergies and asthma. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that, both times he came, he was on time and so very polite!
