Thought it was time to have the ac checked and Unique come out to the house. Lex came out and was excellent! He was on time and very pleasant. He checked everything out and gave me a full report. While definitely use them again!!

Jeremy was an excellent representative for this company. He thoroughly serviced our a/c equipment and explained the process as he worked. He answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for improving the system. We will continue to use Unique Svcs, if they'll send us Jeremy.

I requested a hot water heater flush. The technician was on site in 2 hours.Worked was professional and done in a timely manner and at the price quoted. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.I would use them again.

I was told he would send receipt by email. AFTER 2 DAYS, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE RECEIPT.
Ed did a good job. It took longer than expected because he had to go pick up the hot water tank. That shouldn't have been necessary because I specified what I wanted by email when I arranged the service.

Guillermo did a great job with the maintenance of my air conditioner, washing down the coils and replacing the UV lamps. He explained and answered all details including the cost.

Technician Reginald was excellent . Knowledgeable and expert!
But every time a tech comes to do maintenance they recommend costly upgrades. Today the recommendation was for a “hard start kit”. The part can be purchased for $77. The quote for installation after a “discount of 20%” was $664.70. This is a highly inflated charge for labor of almost $600. I doubt that installation would take more than 1 hour.
