Unique Services was wonderful. I appreciate them coming to our home and servicing our unit. Tatum was incredibly informative and helped us understand what would be happening during his service.
Brian, who we met at Lowes, was also very friendly and helped us set up the appointment.

Our tech, Jeremy was fantastic! He came out for a semi annual visit and found a problem we didn't know we had. Glad he found and solved it before the hot, rainy season starts.

Service man was excellent and worked diligently-moreover, he had all the parts needed for repair. However, the scheduling was not respected at all: the first window of four hours could not be made and the window thereafter the same day they were not able to come either. The next day window of four hours they made it ….half an hour after that window was closed.

I’m a long standing customer of ARS and Unique. I find the overall customer service level to be high. And the technicians, plumbers etc are very experienced and knowledgeable. Tyler was excellent and professional. He explained the issue thoroughly and was able to resolve it and have my system up and running in no time. Also gave me some suggestions that will help maintain my system.

Our tec (Reece) was very professional and courteous! He put everything back in its place and made sure that the unit was working properly! I forgot to ask him if this would be considered a maintenance check up ? I would like to have him do all the repairs on our unit!

The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough. He found that our UV light had burned out and replaced it. a problem, which he explained and fixed.

Tyler is a knowledgeable tech who did a thorough job on the air conditioning system. 4 stars instead of 5 since I had a 8-12 appointment window and he didn’t arrive until after 1:30 pm.
