Josh the technician who did our biannual hvac maintenance did a thorough and excellent job . He communicated with us and was the only technician who flushed the drain line using the hose and then putting the cleaner in. He also sprayed the outside unit and I told him he was only the second technician who did that. I was really impressed how thorough he was. Being a customer with unique services for greater than 17 years I must say he did a great job checking out our system. I would like Josh to be our technician for future maintenance.. He need to be commended. I can’t say much for the other technicians who had been here before. ,

Craigwas my service tech he was the best ever. Use the vacuum to suck out water out of the Drain nobody’s ever done that before very polite quite efficient. I would request him again no problem.

Thought it was time to have the ac checked and Unique come out to the house. Lex came out and was excellent! He was on time and very pleasant. He checked everything out and gave me a full report. While definitely use them again!!

Routine service appointment: serviceman realized condensate drain had not been cleaned by previous servicemen. Due to close quarters, connection to loosen the c-clamp was hard to reach. He pulled the system and broke off the connector going into the stack. This left broken pieces in the opening such that reattachment is not possible. He stated someone else needed to repair the damage before he could reconnect the system. AC was unusable following routine maintenance.
ADDENDUM
Josh came out, provided temporary fix that worked well, then discussed with management. They came up a solution that is more permanent and works fine. Great follow-up. Very pleased. Thank you Josh for advocating and getting things right for the long haul.

Service received was good, BUT I would like to recommend to Unique that their service techs wear boot covers when they are in the house. Just a courteous way to show respect for their customer’s home!

Unique Air has always serviced my A/C since day one. We got our A/C from them and love it. Love their customer service. I recommend Uniquie A/C Craig the technician was very helpful and caring.
