Jimmy was very prompt and professional. He explained step by step what he was doing to clear our clogged pipes. He also explained about wet whipes,not flushing tgose down the toilet(lol). Great advice with exceptional service.

Eddie was great. Super knowledgeable and transparent. His honesty and compassion really is what impressed me the most. He came out just to service my ac and was super up front and honest from the second he realized I’d need a new system. It’s hard to find good hearted, honest people anymore, and he was just that.

Felix did a fabulous job checking and cleaning my HVAC system, very professional and explained everything he checked and made recommendations to prevent system failure. They had a special tuneup promotion with Lowe’s and a free hotdog.

We love Unique! This is our second system. The new one had some manufacturer issues and Unique stood by the product. They made it right. Today’s technician, Reece was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job with the system maintenance.

From start to finish, these guys delivered exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. They didn’t just install an HVAC system, they built it like they were working on their own home.
Every detail was perfect, from the way the refrigerant lines were routed and insulated to how neatly everything was finished off. The install looks as good as it performs, and that’s saying a lot. Even the small things, the clean tape work, precise fittings, and the placement of the system labels show how much pride they take in their work.
They also took the time to explain how the entire system works, how to maintain it properly, and what to look out for to keep it running at peak performance. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers understanding the equipment.
On top of that, they were polite, respectful, and careful with the property from the moment they arrived. It’s rare to see this level of quality, communication, and professionalism all in one crew.
If you want your HVAC system installed right the first time, make sure you ask for Jeremy to come out and diagnose your system properly so his teammates Dillon and Jordon can give you the same quality workmanship they gave me.

These guys went above and beyond on my HVAC system — from diagnostics to the complete installation of the air condenser, air handler, and the master fabricated plenums. Every bit of their work was exceptional. Not only did they do their job with excellence, but in the midst of NON STOP GRINDING they took the time to explain to me what every piece of equipment does, and how to maximize its lifespan!
Their attention to detail was next-level. The pipes were perfectly run and insulated, every connection was clean and professional, and even the tape and sticker placement on the units looked sharp. It’s rare to see that kind of craftsmanship anymore.
They treated the property with total respect, worked neatly, and made sure everything looked as good as it performed. The pride they take in their work shows in every piece of equipment they touched.

We had our semi-annual maintenance check, our service technician Guillermo had found a few problems that needed attention. He was able to replace parts that were old/defective that improved the functionality of our AC unit.
