Called Will Fix It after trying to clear a clogged kitchen sink by myself. Even used a small electric drain cleaner, but it didn't help. Daniel S came to the rescue with a large auger and ran it through the pipes. Turns out I had calcium built up. Daniel was able to clear most of it out (75-80% he said). He was friendly and answered all my questions. He gave me a military discount, which helped on the cost somewhat and I appreciated that. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but Will Fix It was there when I needed them. Would 10/10 recommend them!

Technician, Steven Hunter, was friendly, professional and explained job completely while completing task in a short time. Additional technician, Eli Beavers, arrived to show me damage through camera and give me bid on future work needed to completely repair broken drain pipe. Very satisfied with both technicians.

Honestly this is one of the greatest plumbing experiences I have ever had. I called to request a quote, they came within 2 hours and then got it all fixed within another hour. I will continue to call Will Fix It for all of my future needs and I will be referring them to everyone that I know.

Tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He waited patiently until I got some parts from Lowe’s ,-and fixed the issue right away. Veryvsmiling ang and courteous service from him. Charges were very minimal and I am quite happy with them, and Would definitely recommend their services.

No work / repairs. Young man used the camera to review problems, none detected. Issue was some calcium build up which held back water flow. Flow resumed as result of using the camera. Thanks to young man for his assistant and integrity. Thanks to Will Fix It for their quick response and promply arrival. I never had a needed any service like this one before, but they will be my first service system staff I will call first and always use. I will recommed them to family and friends as an outstanding service company.

On Oct 27th I had technicians Ramel Franklin and Mr. Eric Board instal all new heating and cooling system for my house. This is a shout out to them and Mr Chris Smith for helping to get this done. I am amazed and how PERFECT this went how outstanding these men were, not only for the instal but putting up with me looking over there shoulders and asking lots of questions. I shopped a few companies and found out the hard way a name just means more money. Chris made my choice easy and affordable hands down. Warrantys on all the products and not an extra penny for the upgrade. Absolutely impressed with this purchase.

The whole process was simple and fast. Sales folks were not hard sales. Good explanation on what needed to be fixed and why. Installers were on time and did a great job doing everything that was on the order and explaining how things worked.

Tony from Will Fix It came out to fix a clogged toilet, which was done in a timely manner. A camera was also used and he explained what service might need to be done in the future to avoid future issues. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. The pricing seemed reasonable for the time and job done.

Friendly, nobody was talking about, was not able to completely fix the issue because of financing on our end. But was able to put a bandaid on it to keep it going for a short amount of time so we can come up financing

Called in the morning because I had a clogged toilet I couldn’t unclog with a plunger. They were quick and sent someone within in the hour. Tony was the technician who fixed my clogged toilet. He was very friendly and helpful and knocked out the job quickly.

Very pleased with the Preventive Maintenance provided by Eric. He was very professional and explained in detail all the services provided, answered every question and concern I had. He inspected coils, tested thermostat, inspected blower motor and measured airflow and temperature for airflow balance. Eric was very thorough in the bi-annual inspection and provided recommendations and options for repairs. Highly recommend Will Fix It for HVAC Preventive Maintenance.

Frans came out same day when I called to go over options. He was professional and informative. Travis then came out the next day and replaced my water softener and water heater. He provided quality work and was very professional.

Christian came to flush out our 2 water heaters and I asked him about water softeners and he explained everything I needed to know. I had been researching these but I couldn't decide on anything until he gave me all the details. Since Will Fix It had already replaced 2 water heaters that I have been happy with, I decided to have Will Fix It install the water softener and RO system that Christian recommended. He is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with his recommendations.
