Will Fix It is my to go place for all hvac, electrical, plumbing needs. The only issue I had was with the reception. When I called to get an appointment a young man named Israel answered. He spoke so fast that he didn’t even notice I had questions. I tried to talk but he continued rattling on and on. Not very good public relations
The tech they sent out was Tony P. He was such a friendly, courteous, and respectful young man. He explained everything

I had to reschedule because I didn’t have the air condition filters. The technician did that for me and the job got done as soon as the filters came in two days later. Tyler was very thorough in checking the system and then gave a detailed report of all the work that was done. I was very happy with the service provided from the calling in the office to schedule for the service, to the technician performing the job.
They have a Seasonal HVAC Tune-up for $69.00 plus I got a 10% Senior discount.
They’ll be maintaining my system come next Spring. Keep up the great work! This comes from a very pleased customer.

They have done follow up visits twice at my request to review and answer my questions without hesitation or delays. They made my home comfortable.

I want to personally thank Juan and Tony for coming out on a Sunday morning to help us with our plumbing problem. They were so kind and explained everything to us. How to fix the problem and what resources we could use. When we scheduled our work to be done I hope these two gentlemen will come see us. Steve was awesome and has a fantastic attitude. It was really overpriced, but It was an emergency. I would recommend anyone that’s having plumbing work done, buy the faucet/toilet/etc it’s so much cheaper. We just didn’t have time to do that. Anyways I will be hiring will fix it again.

Experience was great. Dale was very helpful and I never felt pressured at all. He gave me several options, pros and cons with each and left the decision to me. He worked out all the details and got the installation done within hours. I appreciated his concern for my benefit and being a Senior I fully appreciated him.

My entire experience from the initial appointment setup, diagnosis (AC drain line issue), and fix action was great! Mr. Guerra was the utmost professional in resolving my issue. I definitely recommend this company if you want things done right the first time!!
