We made appointments for a furnace check-up and a drain line service. The initial introductions were professional and the inspections detailed with clear assessments and explanations. We were not charged for the drain line service assessment either, just the furnace tune-up!

On Friday, January 16, 2026, we had an appointment with Will Fix It for an HVAC inspection on the two units at our home. The technician, Eric, arrived on time, was very respectful, and thoroughly walked us through everything he found during the inspection. Based on the age and condition of one of our units, he recommended a follow-up visit with one of their advisors to go over replacement options.
Fast forward to January 20, 2026—Advisor Andrew came out, and instead of relying solely on the initial inspection, he climbed into the attic himself and rechecked everything. During his inspection, he identified additional issues related to the ventilation system—not just the HVAC unit itself—that had not been previously discovered. This extra effort really stood out.
Both Eric and Andrew were incredible to work with. Neither tried to upsell or push anything we didn’t need. My wife and I reviewed all the options available, and given the age and condition of the unit, we decided it needed to be replaced sooner rather than later. Andrew presented several options, clearly explained each one, and stayed with us answering every question until we were confident in choosing the solution that best fit our needs.
The pricing was slightly outside our immediate budget—not by much, but enough that we thought we’d have to wait until around March. Andrew said, “Let me make a call.” At 9 p.m., he called his manager, explained our situation, and his manager responded with, “Let’s make it happen now so they don’t have to wait until March.” At that point, we were honestly blown away—not only by the professionalism and respect shown in our home, but by the fact that they were clearly prioritizing our situation over profit.
Andrew then made another call to the service team to check availability. After flipping through the schedule, they confirmed they could do the replacement the very next day. By 10 a.m. on January 21st, the crew was at our house ready to work.
I showed them where everything was and got out of the way—and honestly, I barely even knew they were there. Once the job was complete, they walked me through everything they had done, including correcting several issues from the original installation done 20 years ago.
I know this is a long review, but Will Fix It has customers for life in us. If you need HVAC or home services, these are the people to call. They didn’t sell us a product and subcontract the work to someone else—they sold it, installed it, and backed it with decades of experience and strong warranties. I have every confidence they will stand behind their work.

Used Will Fix It before and their service tech for plumbing leak and water heater was highly professional and master plumber. Fixed the problem and listened to concerns and made valuable recommendations to ensure resolution thus avoid future problems. Satisfied with initial customer service contact and scheduling to get tech on site. Good tracking for this repair order by the company.

Drain (septic) backed up. Called three companies and only Will Fix It answered with a real live person. Got a technician within two hours. Solved the short term clog and diagnosed the larger problem of house settling on drain pipe creating a low spot. Sad to see the estimate to repair but stuff happens. Very satisfied with technicians and process.

⚡️My plumbing (hot water heater) was evaluated by the plumber from Will Fix It. Nothing major was needed nor done. The specialist explained how he drained my system from the outside because it was better, and his findings. He offered to check other plumbing issues that I may have had. However, I had none. He was very polite and professional in doing his job.

Brian was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing and did it in a timely manner. He was just supposed to check my hot water heater, but he also checked the water pressure at my kitchen sink and the water pressure gauge (I think it was the Pressure Release Valve) because of the concerns I brought up. Ty Brian!

Will Fix It plumber Jesse came out to see why I had a leak inside the wall but my bathroom. He turned on the faucet and there was a leaky cartridge. Today’s lesson, if water is coming out of somewhere where it’s not supposed to there’s an issue! Jesse congratulations on 26 years with will fix it!
