Roman Cuellar was awesome! He came to our house within a house and took a look at the issue then, reassured us that the issue we faced had passed - literally down the drain already.
This was a great experience from beginning to end from the kind representative who set up our appointment to meeting our Tech. I would extend trust and call them again if anything comes up along the way.

Technician Michael was very courteous and walked me through the process. He cleaned out me troublesome water pump then washed up my noisy compressor and the whole outside unit. He closed up by letting me know potential issues that may rise due to my unit aging and gave me quotes.Great service!!

Had multiple repairs needed after getting foundation repaired and things that needed to be brought up to city codes. Dustin did a fantastic job, was extremely personable, polite, and kind. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything. Would absolutely recommend him again to anyone, best repair person I’ve probably ever hired.

Their plumber Steven came late in evening to fix a gas leak in my mother's home. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We thank him for his patience and coming out late in his shift to do the job. Steven is a exemplary employee. And I highly recommend his company Will Fix It for any of your plumbing needs.

Great work done! Bought a water heater a year ago and they called to recommend the yearly flush. Was reasonably priced and was a quick job. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions I had and explained some of the processes with water heater. Also explained that if any issues arise then they can come do another visit to troubleshoot. Very professional!

I took advantage of a AC tune-up offer so i could get the system checked on a house I bought last year. I'm a frequent flyer with Will Fix It... air conditioner, water heater, and now this, garbage disposal. All is now good in the air conditioning world. Thank you Will Fix It.

WillFixIt has highly competent and customer friendly technicians. They are truthful and they give you enough information, so you can make a solid decision on repair or replacement. I have been a customer for over 24 years and would highly recommend Will Fix It. The company stands by their work. If they make a mistake they admit the error and correct it professionally. Today's visit went very smoothly and was quick. This was part of their bi-annual maintenance plan.

UPDATE:
This year they sent an honest technician who did a thorough job. Michael was on time and took time to thoroughly check my system. No gimmicks this time. He only recommended an indoor surge protector and was respectful when I declined. I’m very satisfied. Prior post: Several times when I schedule a spring or fall checkup, I get a call an hour or two before the appointment window cancelling my appointment. That’s a whole day wasted for me. I pay the monthly plan fee, which is supposed to give you preferred customer status. It doesn’t. Don’t purchase their plan. Update: after they canceled the April 28 appointment at the last minute, they never got back to me. It’s almost two months later, so I called. The earliest they can see me is three weeks from now. I’ve been a customer for 10 years!
