On January 20th, my hot water heater expansion tank experienced a leak, which I discovered approximately 6:00 pm, just prior to the anticipated arrival of inclement weather in our region. I contacted Will Fix It, but they informed me that they would be unable to dispatch a technician until the following morning.
The customer service representative I spoke with was exceptionally helpful. I requested that a technician contact me to assist in shutting off the water supply to prevent further damage. Stephen Hunter subsequently contacted me that evening to confirm that I had successfully turned off the system. He arrived at the residence at 10:00 am the following morning. After discussing the issue, we decided to replace the water heater, as it had exceeded its 10-year lifespan. While I acknowledge that I could have potentially repaired the expansion tank, I opted to avoid potential future complications.
Stephen Hunter replaced the water heater with utmost politeness and professionalism. He encountered an issue with the igniter, which prevented it from maintaining a flame. Stephen collaborated with us, providing regular updates on the progress of his work.

The initial experience was stressful as they moved my appointment back after I had scheduled it 2 weeks out. I was extremely concerned it would be pushed back again but I really needed the heater working in my new home.
Once the tech arrived, Stevie, his knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness turned the entire experience around to a positive. He is amazing and helped me understand my options. AMAZING!

the technician who came realized I didn't need a drain clean just a simple adjustment to the handle on the toilet. I hated to call him in the first place because an estimate alone costs $80 or $90. not today, when I asked what the damage was , the technician said "nothing at all". what a pleasant surprise. thanks very much for not taking advantage of the situation.

Chris Andrews arrived at my house promptly and did an amazing job fixing my broken pipe. He was very efficient and professional and caring in his concern for me to not fall or slip on the ice and water. My flash heater is not putting out hot water. The temperature outside is in the 30s. I called they sent someone out quickly. He went through my system diagnosed the problem. Gave me many options to fix the problem. Wasn’t trying to price gouge me. Service call was free. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Tenant was having an issue with the water heater not working. Within 2 hours Dustin was able to determine that their was a condensation issue and quickly resolved the problem. I will continue to call on Will Fix It for any of my future plumbing, heat, or AC issues.

I called Will fix it out for the first time in my 31 year history, and I will only use them from this time forward. My pipes were Frozen and I was expecting a serious bill to address what I thought was going to be a major project. This service was a free estimate. No work was done, therefore I, Margaret Rodriguez did not pay anything. Gas leak, thank you for your transparency on what needed to be done. With this problem with six meters it will be a lot cheaper (minimum $60,000 )and easier to do away with gas. Have the gas meters remove.

We made appointments for a furnace check-up and a drain line service. The initial introductions were professional and the inspections detailed with clear assessments and explanations. We were not charged for the drain line service assessment either, just the furnace tune-up!

WFI installed a new HVAC system this past November. The heater wasn't working . Joe came out and found a loose wire( one out of many) and fixed it. It's warm again. Thanks.

Brian was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing and did it in a timely manner. He was just supposed to check my hot water heater, but he also checked the water pressure at my kitchen sink and the water pressure gauge (I think it was the Pressure Release Valve) because of the concerns I brought up. I can’t say enough good things about Will-Fix-It. The customer service is spectacular. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I call with a question or a problem. The response from them sending their technicians out to fix my problems is always fairly immediate. The calls from Will-Fix-It, letting me know when the technicians would be here, the approximate time, and the names of the technicians is so appreciated. Definitely a FIVE star company! My technicians this last time, Michael, Justin, Israel and Josh were very knowledgeable and easy to talk with, and always on time. Thank you WILL-FIX-IT!!
