I have a long relationship with this company. A little over a year ago I contracted with them to install a complete heat pump system in our home. It cost about $45,000. There were several frustrations involved in the completion of this project, which only ultimately completed six months later. All the individuals I worked with, seemed to be trying to be helpful, but the fact that it had been bought by a larger organization made communication very problematic. Since then, I have continued to have issues with the system, and they have sent folks out and fixed the issues as they pop up, but it was clear to me that a system that was so new and top of the line should not be having these issues. Thankfully, the new manager has been very proactive and very professional, and finally someone was sent out to do a full assessment on the system and found issues with the installation that he promptly fixed. I would definitely recommend this company under the current circumstances. I will update this review if anything changes.

Our water heater went down, and we were told we needed a replacement. We turned to ARS / Atlas Trillo for a second opinion. They fixed things for a fraction of the cost and on the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. We also used them for a new A/C system and had a great experience.

The repair company I originally scheduled could not make it, so I called Atlas this morning and they sent Alberto a few hours later. He was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the issue and was able to get it up and running. It is hard to find good service all too often these days but I would recommend Atlas, and especially Alberto with no hesitation.

We originally found Atlas through Lowe’s, and Richard came out from Atlas and introduced himself as a Comfort Advisor working on behalf of Lowe’s. Right from the start he made us feel comfortable and actually took the time to understand what we needed instead of jumping straight into a sales pitch.
During the visit, Richard explained that while our AC was still working, it was old and inefficient, and that replacing it with a newer unit could help lower our utility bills. When we told him that replacing the AC just wasn’t in our budget, he totally understood. No pressure at all, which we really appreciated.
From there, he focused on replacing just the furnace and did a really thorough evaluation. He checked out our ductwork, measured windows, mapped out the square footage, and explained a heat load calculation he uses to make sure the system is sized correctly. It all felt thoughtful and reassuring — not rushed or pushy.
This also wasn’t a one-day decision for us. We told Richard we needed time to think it over since it’s a big purchase, and he completely respected that. He checked in every couple of days, answered questions as they came up, and never made us feel rushed. We were even able to work through furnace options over text, which made things super easy. When we were ready, Richard came back out to go over everything and finalize the details.
Since Atlas is affiliated with Lowe’s, we ended up signing a Lowe’s contract. Atlas provides service and equipment Guarantees along with the manufacturer warranties, which gave us a lot of confidence. Everything was handled electronically through Lowe’s, and we were able to take advantage of the 0% interest financing. Literally not a penny out of pocket.
On installation day, Richard showed up again! He arrived early before the installers and sat down with my husband and me to walk through what the day would look like. That alone helped put us at ease.
The installers, Anthony and Pedro, were great! Friendly, professional, and easy to have around. You could hear them joking and laughing with Richard out in the garage while they worked, which honestly made the whole day feel relaxed and positive. It was just nice hearing everyone get along so well while still getting the job done right.
We did pay a little more than some of the other quotes we got, but I’m really glad we went with Atlas. In this case, you really do get what you pay for. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Atlas team.

t experience with Atlas. Kevin was here promptly as I was quoted and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful taking pictures of my furnace upstairs and was down in a few minutes and had found the problem and explained everything to me showing me the pictures. Ray also suggested a blue light filter to help clean my Air rather than the old paper filter and he installed the unit in less than 10 minutes and I now have much cleaner air filtering through my home. Ray was beyond fantastic and setting me up with the extra protection I needed. Couldn't be happier! Thanks again Ray!
