Our service technician, David, went above and beyond. When he arrived, we could smell gas coming from the utility room where the furnace and the water heater are kept (mind you, I had been in that room a day or two before and there was no gas smell). He investigated and found an issue with a fitting on our water heater. He fixed it right then without charging us. He was there to check the furnace. I was so glad and grateful he had come that day and that he saved a potential disaster from occurring. Any company employing people like David is lucky and I’m a customer for life.

Professionals. The workers were competent and ensured that my furnace was working prior to leaving. They also helped me navigate the Nest app. They did a wonderful job replacing a non-working furnace my contractor had placed.

George did an amazing job figuring out what the issue was with my furnace. He showed so much knowledge, and caring that I understood the issue. Also showed me how to operate the thermostat. I’d want George on every call out.

We were annoyed that service didn’t arrive yesterday as originally scheduled. But today John Marco arrived friendly, knowledgeable and solved the problem expeditiously. Couldn’t ask for more.

Enzo is knowledge, professional and a good communicator , and not was a pleasure working with him. He pinpointed our problem leak which is actually a roofing problem with the vent on the roof leaking in the rain. So it was not a plumbing problem and he listed to my husband and myself carefully and responded in a thoughtful and informed manner. Look forward to working with Atlas Trillo again when needed.

Did a check of the heating system and reported back the status, one component might need replaced in the future, but was still within tolerance.

They installed my heat pump. There was a problem with the fan not shutting off. They came the next day and fixed the problem. So far the system seems to be working.

Day one I had to wait 5 hrs for the tech who didn’t make it. Explained there was trouble at the job site. Next tech shows up on time. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and got right to work. Fixed everything and got the old furnace purring again. Thx for a great job!! Marian who worked this issue out with me did an amazing job! Always friendly and made sure the job was followed thru. Dispute the delay these 2 employees are outstanding and should be highly valued by Trillo.

After my disappointment and complaint I got this appointment after 2 failed NO show by Co, they were exactly as posted earlier by another customer Nathan Willhem, The appointment system requires much attention and improvement! Water heater replacement. Very quick to respond. Very personable techs. They gave me a fair quote with several price and payment options. They walked me through all of the work they had done. The work was done well and they left the area tidy afterwards. Great service.

Called to have my main drain unclogged, technician arrived in less than two hours, ran the snake down the drain, unclogged it then let me watch him run a video camera down the drain to see the results. Great service, great price, would highly recommend this company.
