Seyed was prompt and was able to run the check-up diagnostic on my furnace quickly. He was creative and resourceful in reaching an exceptionally high-up vent. I also appreciated his insight about circulating clean air throughout the house and the benefits of installing a centralized system.

We had a new AC unit installed in August of 2025. It needed a few tweaks to get it running the way it should be. Jorge & Miguel came out & gave excellent customer service. Both were extremely knowledgeable about their work, efficient, & friendly on top of everything else. I'd highly recommend this company & the professionalism of their technicians. Two thumbs up!

HVAC tune-up service by Atlas Trillo was excellent. When I called, Marian set up my service prompt with a calm professional Oscar Jimenez who showed up on time and was great in delivering his work. He found out the issue soon after and fixed it right away with precision and professionalism. He answered my questions with calm, patience, and educated us in the process. He was honest and I am happy with Oscar Jimenez and trust him for my future tune-up services. Marian was polite and easy to talk to and will call her for any further assistance. I’ve used Atlas for years and they’ve been consistently outstanding across a number of dimensions:
1) Quick response time
2) accurate and well-communicated arrival time
3) Respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians
4) Fair and transparent pricing
5) Quality service
I would not hesitate to recommend them whether it was for plumbing or HVAC needs, although I’m sure they’re great at whatever they do.

David was great - AC wasn’t working and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out to be faulty thermostat that I had picked up at Home Depot. David checked the system, installed new commercial grade thermostat and rechecked system to make sure all was running. Will call in them again when I need a new AC

Atlas Trillo’s team is working to solve a condensation issue traced back to installation Dec 2024 when a few not so technical issues became apparent when water dripped from the emergency line causing dry rot in the wood of my French door. After 5 visits several photos and 3 areas repaired I think the heat pump/AC is working properly. So far so good. It’s been a journey. The 2 installers seemed inept, the technicians competent. Each stopped after solving one problem- but there were 3 so 18 months later and no additional charges I’ve got a great product! All employees have been polite, answered my questions from the office staff, supervisors and technicians. I believe the problems were solved through persistence. Months later I will add the problem no longer exists and technicians who perform checks have been superior as well as communications within their office in ordering filters for my system. They get 5 stars for continued good service.

Today March 31, Oscar Ramirez and David performed an annual servicing in my AC. They were very punctual, professional, courteous and friendly In addition, ARS made sure I was updated as to when, in the 4 hour time slot window, they would arrive. I was very pleased that they were able to provide another AC service that I asked about. I had planned to call and schedule the service in the near future but Oscar informed me that it could be done today if that was something I wanted Everything went well I have called upon ARS and used the services of ARS several times over the past few years—heating, AC, and also plumbing. I have never been disappointed. Today was no exception.
