Alberto was both very friendly and thorough in our discussion of controller problem yesterday and while it shut down due to filter clogging and he replaced it. Highly recommend Alberto.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, but what finally prompted me was a recent follow up call from Richard at Atlas Trillo, just checking in to make sure everything was still running perfectly. That alone says a lot about how much he genuinely cares about his customers, even well after the installation is complete.
We had Atlas Trillo install a full heat pump system for our home, and the entire experience was truly top notch from start to finish.
Our comfort advisor, Richard, was exceptional. From the very first visit, it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is in HVAC. Richard didn’t just talk in general terms. He took the time to measure each room in our home, inspect our windows and doors, discuss heat load calculations, and explain why proper sizing matters so much for comfort, efficiency, and long term reliability. It gave us real confidence that the system being recommended wasn’t just a guess, but carefully designed specifically for our home.
He walked us through all of our equipment options in a way that was easy to understand, explained what to expect on installation day, and answered every question we had thoroughly and patiently. On top of all that, Richard has a great sense of humor. He joked with us throughout the visit and somehow turned what is usually a stressful home improvement decision into something genuinely enjoyable.
What really stood out, though, is that Richard is one of those rare people who doesn’t disappear after the paperwork is signed. He personally showed up on installation day with a beautiful orchid plant, checked in on every detail with the crew, and later even came back with pizza for the installers. It was clear he takes a lot of pride in his work and truly values both his customers and his team.
Roberto and his installation crew were just as impressive. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless when the job was done.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. If you’re considering a new heat pump or HVAC upgrade, I can’t recommend Atlas Trillo enough. Definitely ask for Richard and Roberto’s crew for installation. You will be in excellent hands.

My house has a water leaking from the odometer on the street to the house, they digged the ground, removed the rusted pipe and replaced with a new one, I paid $7000.00

He came for our heater tune up. He explained to me how the furnace works and what he was going to do. Once the job finished he told me the repair to be done: to change the red sealer on the exhaust pipe to the proper blue sealer. He gave me the amount expected to pay for it and how long it should take. He is very polite and professional.

Stephen just spent 2 hours diagnosing and then fixing our very old furnace (mostly under our house in cramped quarters). What a wonderful young man he is, really wanted to figure out what was broken. And he did. We are so pleased we don’t have to replace our furnace at this time. Thanks Stephen.

Enzo Gomez did an excellent and outstanding job in repairing and replacing a defective recirculating pump attached to my water heater.
Now the water heats instantly from all faucets and everything is working perfectly.
I highly recommend Enzo Gomez as your very best technician for all your plumbing needs.

Mary Ann from San Jose office is a great administrator, and very professional and extremely helpful .
The technician is also very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice how to maintain our furnace and told me to get a CO 2 monitor.
Very happy with the service.

Our heater stopped working this morning. I called Atlas & got an appt.for 10AM-2PM. Alejandro Ramirez arrived about 1:45. He determined that our aged thermostat had worn out & installed a new one. He was very professional & efficient. We’re happy.
