Contact was made with Atlas Trilllo on a Saturday to have a new thermostat installed. Their response was instant and Alejandro arrived around 8:00 AM on Sunday morning. He did an excellent job, was very competent, professional and neat. I strongly recommend Alejandro and Atlas Trillo!

I love these guys! I called a few companies to come out and perform what they call a start up. Which means they come out to check my new AC unit to make sure the system is filled with gases and to make sure it doesn’t leak and the system works correctly, which they did. Now I was outed by one company $1200 and another for $900. Atlas quoted me $149 and they stuck to the price until the end. I’ve used Atlas before and was happy so if you’re looking for a good and honest company, give them a call.

Service person was very friendly and fast. But I purchased a service plan which includes free servicing and the office can’t seem to add this plan information. I’m always ask to pay at the end of the visit. It’s just added work for the service person to have to call into the office to get this information.

Atlas Trillo’s team is working to solve a condensation issue traced back to installation Dec 2024 when a few not so technical issues became apparent when water dripped from the emergency line causing dry rot in the wood of my French door. After 5 visits several photos and 3 areas repaired I think the heat pump/AC is working properly. So far so good. It’s been a journey. The 2 installers seemed inept, the technicians competent. Each stopped after solving one problem- but there were 3 so 18 months later and no additional charges I’ve got a great product! All employees have been polite, answered my questions from the office staff, supervisors and technicians. I believe the problems were solved through persistence.

Fernando was awesome. Came out, same day, on Sunday to fix our AC unit on one of the warmest days of the summer. Had everything working within an hour. Explained the problem and expenses. Was friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

my experience is both extreme end , on one hand they have best installers around very professional and very detail and very clean job seal off all my room with plastic to prevent dust , done an remarkable job , every once of our job was done precisely,, and every cut was done like surgeon, I work with hundreds of contractors before, not that many contractors have the commitment as these installers ,, i have to give them A++ on service part ,, however i can’t say that about their sales even they have patches things after ,, the first sales try to scam me , and refuse to put what he said on contract for 3 weeks, when he did put on contract it was totally different equipment and trying to fool us , but it’s too obvious, because initially it was an 4 ton 19 seer he promised, yet after we chase him for three weeks he only willing to put 3ton , that’s an huge difference in equipment,, until i filled an complaint with management after gone through hell of back forward, they finally send an different sales , he still trying sell us on an 16 seer instead of what we originally promised 19 seer system,, till my wife show him the original sign estimate,, then finally they stick with our original estimate and sign off on it .. so it’s fair to said i can only give their sales fail grade as they try so hard to scam me .. lucky i was little sharper then they anticipated.. none the less i still recommend them as they have an excellent installer team , if you can gone pass the sales part

Excellant service. Pleasant tech who communicated with me and told me my systems looked good. I would recommend using Atlas Trillo
The only issue I have is all the signatures and info needed on an iPad. Most of the information could have been pre filled and completed before the appointment. It needs to be streamlined.

Atlas Trillo has always taken good care of our aging furnace without heavy pressure to buy something else. Service technicians are great. We will likely upgrade/replace through them in the future.
