In addition to routine maintenance, my filter was stuck in the inside unit. Andrew showed me that I need to turn the unit off prior to removing the filter in order to prevent air from holding the filter in.
Andrew also let me know that the outside units condenser blade and motor need replacing.

BlueDot installed a new gas boiler in our home and worked very hard to make the job happen swiftly and came back to troubleshoot some issues. They’ve been super to work with.

I haven’t really shopped around to know if the price is great, but what I do love is that Blue Dot did my installation and handles my tune ups. The techs that have come out have been professional, friendly and make recommendations to keep my unit working to maximum capacity. I appreciate that!!

Turned out that it was just a fuse in the heater unit. I thought the thermostat was bad. Electric motor is making a loud noise and might go bad in time. Pleased with service.

My furnace was replaced by Blue Dot on 12/26/2025. After being up all night Christmas Eve and hosting my family Christmas Day, I over slept the morning of my appointment. The technician that came to my home (on time) that morning waited until I got up and contacted him, and then pleasantly completed his part of the job.

Our furnace went down the Sunday after Christmas, and after calling seven other companies, no one was available or even worked Sundays. We called Blue Dot, and they came out right away.
The entire process was great from start to finish—no pressure at all and very upfront with pricing. The new furnace was installed just two days later, and the installers were professional, respectful, and easy to work with.
I would absolutely recommend Blue Dot. The fact that they work 7 days a week truly sets them apart.
