Our Salesman Jasper was great. He detailed how the new furnace would be better from the old one, gave us a good price and financing. The install grew were great, and completed the install in one day. I highly recommend Blue Dot.

I called Blue Dot at 11:37 a.m., I was offered to have a seasonal system check & he arrived shortly after my call & the technician left at 1:40 p.m.
I thought it’d be a week or more.
The technician that came out checked everything thoroughly & he was courteous.
Pleasantly surprised about how quickly they came out.

Went to Lowe’s to pick out a new water heater, and they made the process so easy. Lowe’s quickly scheduled Blue Dot to come out the same day for an estimate. Jason gave us a call before arriving, showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and set everything up for installation on the date we requested.
On installation day, Ryan was our technician. He also called and texted before arriving, was right on time, and did a fantastic job. He took his time, walked us through the entire setup, and explained everything we needed to know about our new water heater.
From start to finish, the communication and service were excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I am so Thankful for Blue Dot Services for helping me uncover a situation and providing guidance on how to be proactive taking care of my heat pump using preventative measures. When most businesses are trying to put profits above customer satisfaction, perform high-sale tactics, or have people incur unnecessary expenses, sometimes it just takes that 1 company to do the right thing with pleasing the customer. Thank you Blue Dot!

Blue Dot installed my heat pump system and I have a twice a year maintenance contract with them. Paul S. did a great job on the semi-annual maintenance yesterday. He was on time, very thorough, explained everything and gave knowledgeable answers to my questions.
Update: I had maintenance done this week by Cory who did an excellent job. I have always been very pleased with the maintenance done by Blue Dot technicians.
Update 9/26/23: I had the semi-annual maintenance done by Omar M. He was outstanding. He was very thorough and gave great answers to my questions about the system.
Update 3/26/24 Anthony A. did the semi-annual maintenance. He did a great job on the maintenance and answering my questions.
Update 3/26/25 Tiyese P. was outstanding. He is one of the best Blue Dot technicians I have ever had work on my system and I have used them for almost 20 years. He was very thorough and explained a lot to me.
