Tried Brothers for my heat maintenance. The serviceman, Joe Hinson, was on time, answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing to ensure my system was working properly.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for a competent service technician.

Gary Rudd did a thorough job with the servicing of my heating unit. He readily answered a couple of questions that I had and offered a suggestion for added insulation around my attic door.

We appreciate the prompt response in scheduling our service request and having the technician come out to assess and provide a remedy to our issues. We are very pleased with the work Benjamin did and the time he took to explain the problem and the options(though expensive) he presented. Late Wednesday afternoon, I discovered water puddling from under my bathroom sink cabinet. I called Brothers and they had Service Tech, Adam, on-site before 7p that same night. He diagnosed a line leak from the water heater on the opposite side of that wall. The puddle had also migrated into my walk-in closet floor. Adam shut down that line, and then scheduled the repair work for the next day. He would have to cut into the drywall to locate and repair the leak. Promptly on Thursday, Adam arrived, completed the required repair, and referred a Restoration company to assess water damage and remediation. Adam was professional, provided great information, gave me an honest quote, and utilized a mail-in coupon for a discount on the service. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. I can count on Brothers to do excellent work, and stand by their service. Great job, Adam!

Today the technician was prompt and polite. He checked my heating units and the air purifier. He reminded me that i had one more year on my warranty but he did not pressure me to consider a new furnace at this time. He did not try to sell me anything. In the past this was not always true. All in all, a good experience.

I had my heating and cooling system checked out by Brother’s today. The technician was Joseph Hinson. . He was extremely courteous and professional. I appreciated how he explained what he was doing to the system and why. I actually learned from the experience. Look forward to using brothers for all my service needs!

Brothers was very responsive. They came out the same day I called regarding a dead water heater and had a new one installed within 24 hours. The estimator and service technicians were very professional, personable and accommodating.

Chris was efficient, helpful, he answered all my questions. Brothers takes good care of its clients by making them aware of future concerns as well as immediate needs. If it needs to be addressed immediately, they can handle it. It is easy to schedule a technician and I have found them all to be very nice.
