Had a toilet replaced, Nathaniel did a great job considering i have subfloor damage(being replaced during upcoming remodel) they communicate very well and we're on time and ready to work. The only reason its not a five star rating is the price seemed a bit steep($750) a basic toilet costs $200 at most wich means the labor ran about $550 and hour give or take. With that said they did tell me the total price upfront.

Absolutely fantastic, although he did have to give me some bad news it was news that I was expecting and I feel like he was honest about it. Not to mention he was on time. I really kind of figured I'd have to wait a few hours for somebody to show up. But not him he was there at 8:00 on the dot and ready to work. It was very professional and explained in detail with pictures to support the evidence he shared.

My experience with Brothers Heating and Air and Plumbing has been a very good experience. The technician today his name is Roy. Very nice man very mannerly, professional, and he listened to what the problem or reason for which he is there. I would very much recommend them.

Jeff and team did an awesome job. From on time arrival to excellent finish as promised Jeff and crew worked hard to replace an old system with great new one. Cleaning up, communicating everything we should expect, training on new system, etc. Highly recommended...

I had a Brothers technician here on Saturday for our regular AC checkup. The lady that did the work was very professional. I asked her when she was done could I please get a copy of her notes as she recommended a part that we should replace with a price. She said she would send that to me that afternoon. I received nothing. I called on Sunday to ask for the same thing from the office and was told that they would send that information out same day. Nothing came. I called back today and the lady who took my call made notes and sent it off to somebody who was going to get me this information. This is on top of them cancelling two previous appointments. This company has gone down hill since Brothers got sold. Their techs are polite and professional, but if you ever have to deal with their office it's not a good experience.

10/05/2025 Fall tune-up / heat system check performed by Jacob Turner. Excellent service and advice given. Learned more about my heating systems. Jacob explained things very well and took pictures to show state of filters in attic furnace and basement dehumidifier. I would grade this visit as Excellent plus !

7/1/2019 Today Matt M. made a same day problem-solving visit. He was appropriately friendly, efficient and found problem after checking system thoroughly..Fix options explained well.
7/2/19 Tom estimator/sales came to assess needs and options. After weighing them , we chose to replace with new systems- received great discount since we are loyal service contract customers of Brothers. We chose the 12 month, same as cash payment plan, which Tom facilitated.
7/8/19. Install team of 5 came and did an amazing job (complete new 2 systems ). Did removal of old systems and installed new ones in one day. This involved working in very hot attic for one system. At day’s end, new systems worked perfectly and work areas were totally
clean. Very pleased with entire experience.
4/9/20. Prompt visit from a courteous, competent technician. Problem solved. Very pleased once again.
4/16/20 Technician John did routine service of HVAC systems. At my request, He explained, then later same day, installed a Honeywell dehumidifier for our 1400 sq. ft. basement. His competence, work ethic and customer service was excellent. Helped me quickly get a 12 mo. “No interest” loan with an affiliated online bank. Once again, Brothers did an outstanding job.
4/27/20 Tech John came to check fct of new dehumidifier, at my request. Excellent job /minor adjustment made and seems all is well. Very pleased with response and service.
