Austin O'Neal arrived when expected, carefully listened to the issue, and after a few questions, he began to test our system. The system seemed to be working fine, but he did two or three more evaluations before confirming everything was operating properly. Afterwards, he spent five minutes explaining what could be occurring and preventative measures we could take going forward or if it reoccurs. Just like our previous technician, Roy, Austin was very engaging, professional and personable.

Roy Baxter was very professional and pleasant. I am 75 years old and he was patient with me and explained my repair options in detail.
He took photos of my plumbing in the crawl space, then explained my options for moving forward. Thanks, Roy for making my repair experience pleasant.

Excellent overall experience with this company. Their estimator was knowledgeable and explained the options clearly. I was sold on the guarantee but more importantly on the reputation of their company. The installers called me a half hour before their arrival and were on time and professional. They did the job thoroughly, didn’t make a mess, and they explained what work would be required. Their electrician had to make some upgrades to insure the job would be up to current code and he answered questions with ease. They cleaned up afterwards and hauled off all the old equipment. It was 40 degrees outside when they finished and an hour and a half later the house was a comfortable 68 degrees! I will be recommending Brothers to everyone I know.

Nathaniel Engels came out today on this blistering cold, windy day!! He checked everything out but wasn’t able to fix my problem but he was super nice and friendly!! He told me what I needed to get done and if I needed their services after that to give them a call!! I highly recommend Brother’s Air, Heating & Plumbing!!

Very friendly, timely & efficient. Paid diagnostic fee for labor that could've been caught previously during a tune up. 10 year warranty didn't cover.

My technician, his name was Zach T.He was a very nice and professional person. Very thorough in his work. Very informative explaining each step as he went a long. He really went out of his way and finding the problem to my plumbing issue. I really do appreciate him coming.

AJ Lahr did a great job in our AC, also set properly our heat pump in our ecobee thermostat, he ran all the tests to ensure that the heat pump and the AC work both together, he checked all the thresholds…. Amazing service

My HVAC was often going into defrost mode; blowing cold air in between cycles. On 1/22/26, Technician Johnny Ripply did an assessment of the unit and corrected the situation. 24 hrs later, I am very pleased with how the unit is operating. Brother's and Mr. King, thank you and your technician. I appreciate your professional and compassionate service.
