Antonio came here to do a service out HVAC unit. He was very thorough in everything that he did. He explained everything that needed to be done. We were very impressed in everything that he did. In this day and age there are not many service repair who explain what you need and are very cordial.

I had a sewage blockage in my main line. They sent out a technician by the name of Lawrence. He came, set up his equipment and went to work. He found and dislodged the blockage in a very short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I could not be more satisfied for the value and service I received from this company, ARS RESCUE ROOTER. Thank you so much!!

Called for service and was given an appointment for a few hours later. I had a leak somewhere between 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Inconsistently drips when the bathrooms aren't in use. Stains on the ceiling. We could not figure out where it was coming from. We already had cut a hole in the ceiling trying to determine the source and couldn't. Thomas took the time to check everything when he noticed a wet spot in that hole. I cut another hole on the other side of the joist and there it was... a tiny drip coming from one of the toilets. Thomas checked again and sure enough the one above the new hole rocked slightly front to back. He reset the toilet and replaced the seal and no more drips! Excellent service and very friendly! Highly recommend ARS!

Evan was very professional and went through all the parts of my AC and heating unit to show what it looked like inside and out. He also share some things that could be cleaned but nothing that would be detrimental to my system at this point and gave me some suggestions. He also shared that ARS has a monthly program that I may consider checking out. Thank you again for your time and expertise.

Received same day service with the plumbing problem resolved in a timely manner. The technician Kevin Snyder was courteous and professional and provided a clear explanation of the issue. I was so pleased with the service that I scheduled a second appointment with ARS Charleston to help with my HVAC system.

James, Josh and Raul went above and beyond, working late into the night on short notice to complete a water heater install so I could continue with a home sale. I was very frustrated with the call center service giving me the run-around, and ended up having to call 5 times to clarify when the service appointment would be. Once I finally got to speak directly to the plumbers/techs they did everything they could to make it right, and James was extremely communicative through the whole process. The cost was also 25% lower than Roto Rooter, who tried to charge me $95 for a quote over the phone without ever going to the residence.
