Had an emergency request submitted in the morning and they had a tech out before noon.
Ken was great, he explained everything clearly and also showed me my plumbing and sewer lines. Super thankful he was able to get our toilet fixed in less than 20 minutes.
Will definitely be using ARS in the future!

I contacted Home Depot and let them know I needed a new HVAC system and needed it installed. My furnace was from 1987 and my central air was from 1989. While they were still running, I started having some issues with the furnace. The next day ARS called me and had Chuck come out to have a look and give me a quote. Chuck was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even though I let him know it was not an emergency, he was able to have technicians come the next day to install the HVAC system - that is fast service. The next day Javon and his crew came and installed the HVAC system. Unfortunately it was a day we had winds up to 77 miles an hour and before they could finish the install, the electricity went out. That was a Friday. They were concerned about me not having any heat so they gave the emergency number for ARS to call as soon as I got power back on so they could come and turn on the furnace and verify it was working correctly. The next morning, Saturday, the electric was back on and I called and they sent someone out quickly. He was polite and got the furnace up and running in just a little bit of time. He explained how the new thermostat worked, showed me some things about the furnace, and answered all my questions. A few days later Javon and Terrell came back to the house to finish setting up the air conditioner. They were polite and professional and fast. I highly recommend ARS. Everyone I worked with were polite and professional.

Did a great job! Friendly and worked well together. Explained everything they did and also how to operate. Shutoffs etc, Cleaned up everything and took old heater. Would recommend!

They gave me five star treatment. They were supposed to call before they came but they didn't! Shook me out of bed at 8:35 a.m!
They were done in two and a half hours. Professional and very pleased with the work. They were courteous, friendly informative. Highly recommend them.

Sam Yeaman was wonderful from start to finish. He assessed the situation, explained everything, reached out to other ARS associates as needed. Within a few hours, all systems were "go" again. This was our 2nd experience with ARS and we would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Our thanks to Sam and your entire crew for their courtesy, expertise and professionalism.
