I had a pleasant experience with the young man. He explained clearly and thoroughly what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it. He worked expediently and cleaned up when done. He was very polite. I will definitely recommend this company.

Jarrett really tried to snake out our kitchen line about four times. Unfortunately we will require a JET to complete the job which is ironic the the Thunderbirds are flying overhead today while he was working and while I’m typing this review. I spent 5 years on Shaw AFB the home,of the Thunderbird 😁 looking forward to Jarrett and the crew completing the job September 2‼️

As the new owner of an older condo, it was
concerning to see he twin bathroom sinks filling with water and it was frightening to see water oozing up through the bathroom floor!! I looked for a plumber online. The first appointment available was 8 days out! What a relief to find a web site for ARS Rescue Rooter who came to me the same day. All 3 of the team who have served me have been quality people who provided quality service promptly. I highly recommend this company!

Installed a new Natural Gas Water Heater from Lowe’s when our old one leaked.
It was expensive compared to installing on my own, but installed correctly and to code. Worth every penny.
John (scheduler) and installation technicians Bobby and Carlos were outstanding! John scheduled the installation immediately and kept us updated frequently advising when the techs would arrive.

My old cast iron drainpipes were leaking very badly. I contacted a different plumbing company prior to contacting ARS. That company said that they would need to give me an estimate for the job. After waiting for a few days, I did not get an estimate I decided to contact another plumber. I found ARS. They sent out Bobby to repair my problem. Bobby was able to give me an estimate. He replaced the old cast iron pipes with new PVC drainpipes all in the same day. Thank You ARS tor completing my plumbing issues.

Very easy to work with and financing my water heater replacement took less than 5 minutes. Jace was my technician was very friendly, cleaned up after, did great work and explained everything to me. Give him and the company a 10/10!

I returned home after vacation on a weekend, to find my water heater had died and needed to get it replaced. John returned my call about getting an estimate within an hour, despite it being his day off. He quoted me a price, and set up an installation first thing on Monday. The installer was great and went above and beyond to do what needed to be done right. Highly recommend.

I mean, Rescue Rooter, blew me away! One of the best and that's high praise coming from me...I hate everything! On time to the second, extremely smart and do they work hard. If you get Jace, he's a machine and he can fix anything. They work quickly and efficiently. Do yourself a favor, call them, you won't regret it.

I wanted to thank the office team in the service team that Provided great service I work for a waterproofing basement company and I accidentally hit a waterline. I called ARS early Saturday morning because the plumber that I had contracted Did not show up ARS and their team help me rectify my mistake when I accidentally canceled the appointment for one of our customers Seth was a big help. He got water on for My company’s customer immediately so our customer would not be without water the whole weekend. I hope it doesn’t happen in the near future, but if I ever hit another waterline again, I will definitely be calling ARS
