Your worker was excellent at his job, he explained everything he had to do. He cleaned up after himself and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend your business to everyone I know. Got service the very same day I called, within the hour.

Great service. Called 3 other companies and got no response back Called ARS got appointment first thing in the morning on a Sunday. Technician Mark B very professional and didn’t stop until the drain was clear. Had 3 ft section almost solid and he sweated until it it broke loose. Very reasonable pricing.

ARS RESCUE ROOTER TO SAVE MY DAY.....AND MY BACK!!!!!! I can'thank you guys enough. The technician Kenneth that came out to snake my main drain out was AWESOME, professional, friendly, thorough, and fast. He knew is job very well. He gave me a few tips and suggestions. Along with answering my five hundred questions. NO MESS WHAT SO EVER! The other two gentlemen that came to put run the camera were AWESOME also! I do not recall their name but they also knew their job very well. I can't thank them and ARS Rescue Rooter for the 5 star job they did. After 30 years plus of my mom and I dragging a heavy ass snake from the big box store down in the basement every year, this was a HUGE relief! We can't be more happy with ARS Rescue Rooter's service and price. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CAN COMPETE WITH THEIR PRICES OR SERVICE!

My hot water tank was leaking and flooded my basement and they came right out. Gave me an estimate and had it fixed within a few hours. Would definitely use them again

The technicians that ARS/Rescue Rooter sent to install the new hot water heater were very knowledgeable. The lead tech took to time to answer any questions I had. They also minimized the mess when removing the old tank.

Plumber did more than fix the issue, he figured out and explained why the clean out was backed up so it doesn't happen again. Worked super hard. Nice dude. Would hire again and for the price, can't be beat.

Sam was a great guy and I really appreciated his honesty. Only complaint that I have is the initial phone call I made into the company to order the service. I was told on the phone that it was going to be $79 to snake the drain and they also send a camera down to check it. I told him it was the sink in the kitchen and he said yes, and then he also tried to sell me a $20 a month program that you have for plumbing services. I felt sorry for Sam as soon as he got here because he had to explain to me that the price is not for what I had in the kitchen sink. So I was expecting to pay the $79 and he had to explain to me why it wasn’t $79 which is not easy to do. I would think most people would think it is a bait and switch. My suggestion would be, is not have an outside company answer your phone phones, cause it could hurt your business in the long run. Sam made it better and I will use your company again.

My wife and I have been experiencing a slow draining Tub/Washing Mashine for the past week. Us using a hand snake yielding no results so we gave ARS a call.
It's a Sunday and they came over within hours at no additional weekend charge, within hours of me placing my call.
Our plumber was Sam and he was knowledgeable, empathetic, and most importantly, honest. Sam checked our issues and advised us to stick wirh a smaller drain cleaning rather than the main line to save us time and money.
Shortly after working his Magic, the drains are running smooth and I spend much less than I had anticipated.
Thanks Sam and ARS, I will be using your services for all of our plumber needs moving forward.

Sam and Jaret were lifesavers. I was dealing with a mainline clog that shut down all my plumbing and caused backups in the yard and basement. They showed up, hydrojetted the line, and quickly cleared the clog. Then they noticed the kitchen line still wasn’t draining, cleared that as well, and had everything running perfectly. I couldn’t be more thankful. They made a lifelong customer for any of my plumbing needs.
