Chops came over gave me upfront pricing and told me exactly what he needed to do to unclog my basement drain which was backing up.He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue.They also offer third party financing if you can afford the whole thing upfront.

Had problems with a different plumbing company. Called Rescue rooter and they came out the next morning. John was absolutely amazing, showing me every step of the way what the problem was and how they were fixing it. Fantastic advice on the next steps as well as future maintenance. Fantastic company! Contacted on Sunday because water heater had died. Set everything up that day and they were back on Monday morning to install the new one. Prompt, efficient, polite, etc. Will recommend them to anyone who needs work they do.
