Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He identified the issue very quickly and then was very efficient addressing the problem as well. Would highly recommend their service to anyone with a plumbing emergency.

Our hot water heater stopped working and we needed to replace it. We got a quote from our heating and AC people but they couldn't do it for a week. We shopped for a new water heater at Lowe's and they referred us to ARS/ Rescue Rooter for the installation. They ask for photos and did a phone consultation and gave us a competitive quote one evening and installed our new water heater the next day. Jake the installer was outstanding.

Jason was great, he analyzed the drain and knew what it needed, he went to work and got the water down. He even went back in and did a final run through the drain after he had me run water and flush toilets.

The two technicians, Bob and Anthony worked harmoniously together. They covered all of the cupboards and blocked off other areas, so they wouldn’t get concrete dust on them. They left the house very clean and did a fabulous job, locating and repairs the underground water leak.

Great experience all around they replied to me super fast set up the appointment and my plumber Bobby was right on time😊 he explained everything he did for me and was quick and efficient. I'll call them again if I need any work done in the future! Today was for my hot water tank

We had a water leak from our upstairs toilet inlet and had to turn our main water off to stop it from damaging the downstairs bathroom. ARS was able to get someone out to us very fast, the repair was reasonably priced and our technician was very professional and friendly. They got us fixed up right away and we were thankfully without water for a very short time. Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them for sure.

A+ Exceptional service AGAIN by Jarret, this time for a different plumbing problem.
Jarret carefully did some troubleshooting, identified the leak, selected the best way to stop the leak, and executed his plan to perfection!
We're so thankful and appreciative for ARS Rescue Rooter.
Addutionally, we had great customer service in the scheduling of the appointment and dispatch call 30 minutes ahead of the arrival of Jarret.
