The technician who came out was knowledgeable and straightforward. However. The bait and switch between what the website offered vs what I paid is borderline predatory. Don't over a service for one price on line and not have an explanation for the specific situation it can be applied in. Further, the website said $79 dollars for the service I thought I need, was quoted 99 over the phone and paid somewhere way beyond that. The only reason the star count is at a four is the Technicians knowledge and desire to help.

We had such a good experience using Rescue Rooter for a slow draining sink. From the woman on the phone who was able to schedule me same day, to the plumber Xavier - everyone was kind and helpful. He was on time, super friendly, and was able to fix the sink! Price was reasonable and our sink is draining! I’d use them again and recommend to family and friends!

Sam-I-Am (Sam Yeamen) was very sweet and knowledgeable. He took the old and put in the new and improved water tank and now we have hot water again!! Literally took him less than the 2 hours I was thinking it would take. Finally found someone I trust to come into my home and do the job correctly. Calling him for any issues in the future! I only gave 4 stars, not because of him but because the price was higher than I was told over the phone through Lowes but no fault to Sam-I-Am.

John and his whole team were very professional very clean, courteous and interested in my needs. They came out the same day and in a couple of hours I had a brand new hot water tank. The cleanup was great and they hauled away the own hot water tank.

The service was good, but I felt that the estimate kept going up. I was quoted $175.00 if they had to go for parts to repair my bath sink drain but the price when finished was $375.00. I had a $75.00 coupon, but I feel that the price still should have been at the $175.00 price

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from ARS/Rescue Rooter. Corey went over and above 'the call of duty' to get my loan pulled through the system. The technician Jason was amazing. The job he did to remove my old water heater and to install a new water heater, as well as an expansion tank, was faultless. He knows what he's doing and does it very well! I also want the thank John H for the detailed inspection and the preparation of the quote which allowed the technician to be well prepared for the job to be done.

The worker came in and got to work right away. I left for a minor surgery and my husband stayed with him. When I came back 2 hrs later, he was gone. He had removed the old water heater and installed the new one, and had cleaned up after himself. I was impressed.

Ken Theriot was a previous technician. I really appreciate his work and thoroughness to complete the job. Yesterday was a different technician. Thought job was complete after 6 1/2 hours. Needed to call back next day as the leak was not fixed.
