Quotation mark. I can't say enough about how good of a job ARS did. I met with the Daniel on Wednesday to purchase a replacement HVAC system. He made the process as smooth as possible. On Friday Jameel and Chris came to remove our old system and install the new one. They explained the best placement of the new system and the got started. They did a fantastic job and were finished on Saturday afternoon. They did a great job on the installation and clean up. I would highly recommend ARS and this crew especially!!!

Quotation mark. ARS did great a job putting in new hvac system in a few hours. Workmen very professional, courteous, and cleaned up when job completed. Jason (salesman) was very patient, informative, and helped me through the entire process. Jason(workman) was great and explained everything well to me. Appreciate all of them and very satisfied with new hvac system and warranties. March 2026 I am a 72 year old widow in poor health with recent stroke in Sept 25. I live alone on fixed income. No family in area. I trusted Jason/salesman for Ars who sold me $1200 hvac system and assured me no duct problems seen. ARS was my 2nd opinion. First opinion was full duct system replacement needed. Signed duct waiver as Jason directed me. Called ARS multiple times about system after placed. Repairs done to hvac system filtering and ducts vacuumed per their report for debris. Single wide Mobile home chilly since winter began and kept heat on 70. Called ARS again multiple times and Feb electric bill $650. Serviceman came and reported large holes in duct. Heating the ground. Placed sheet metal on holes and charged $250, and told me no other holes found, and no replacement needed. ARS rep told me I paid for hvac system and the duct problems are my problem and they were not there to verify what Jason told me. I am very unhappy with how I was treated and see no appropriate customer service or concern while I am paying monthly for hvac loan bill.

Quotation mark. My 20 year old HVAC had a good run, but all good things must come to an end… and it did. After getting several estimates, I went with ARS, and I’m glad I did! The guys were so professional and friendly, and kept me apprised of what was going on throughout the installation. The new unit looks fantastic, and they even included one of those fancy smart thermostats! 🤣 Love it, and love the quality service I received! UPDATE: Eighteen months later, due to all of the power surges/outages we get in my area, the capacitor went out on my AC. I called ARS, and once again got fantastic, timely, professional, friendly service from Steve. Very happy with the quality of service from this company so far! 03/06/2026: Received my yearly maintenance today, and I’m still pleased with the quality of service from everyone at ARS!

He was able to order the part and return the next business day. He installed the part and did a great job.Noah was the most detail oriented my system is running great!
