Michael was great. I had a slow draining kitchen sink and my clothes washer standup pipe was overflowing. Michael snaked both and fixed the problem, late on a Sunday night.

I recently had an HVAC inspection and tune-up done and had a great experience. Danny, my technician, was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough without rushing the job. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident my system was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you get Danny as your technician.

Danny did an excellent job with the HVAC tune-up. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough in his inspection. He clearly explained what he was doing and gave helpful maintenance tips. The system is now running more efficiently. I would definitely recommend Danny for reliable HVAC service.

Randy did an excellent job he was able to fix the leak and he also detected where the leak was at. He even had the parts in record time. The timeframe he gave me he met that timeframe and exceeded my expectations. Randy was an awesome service today. Great Help job today.!

ARS / Rescue Rooter installed a 40-gallon water heater for me through Loew's. Very nice people, great service, punctual, fast, and efficient, and gave me a good, reasonable price. Everything they did was about making my experience a good one. Billy came out to check the system and give me a quote, and the next day Raphael and Vito came out to install. Job done in 1 1/2 hrs. They are the best!!

I have a historic home in Arlington, built in 1924. While many of the utilities have been updated over the years, the sewer line is still the old ceramic clay pipes, patched in with sections of PVC. With 100+ year old trees on the property, I have roots that get into the old sewer line.
Nick and Jonathon came out to snake the line. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They sent a camera thru the clean-out to determine where and what the clog was. And cleared the line of roots in both directions from the house to the city main.
At my request, Jonathon provided me with a free estimate for the cost of replacing the old original sewer line with a new PVC pipe. I would definitely use ARS when I can afford to do that job. Thanks Nick and Jonathon for a job well done.

We are very happy with ARS. They installed a new HVAC 8 years ago and have always backed up their unit with great service. Today Marcus was here for my Spring Tune Up and everything looked good. Very satisfied ✅
