They were very efficient and turn them out check my vents told me the air conditioner compressor was malfunctioning and that a compressor will cost $5,000 they could not guarantee that that would solve the problem and that the whole unit should possibly be replaced looking at around $10,000.

Michael Barrett with ARS Rescue Rooter did a great job solving an air conditioning condensation line leak and issue with old cast-iron pipes under my 60+ years old House by evaluating the situation and offering a couple different solutions and then performing the labor to solve my immediate issue with new hardware and an understanding of ongoing better maintenance. He was very responsive to questions and explaining the details and offering advice and suggestions for the best solutions moving forward in a temporary and permanent way.

The service man, and supervisor were excellent. However, the guys digging the trench were not. They kept stepping on my flower beds, after I instructed them not to explaining I had bulbs planted. Then after the digging one guy stepped on them again to take a picture, I said get off, he stated he did not step on my plants which he did and lied about it. He did not get off until after he took the picture. I was livid! I instructed him in Spanish so it was not a language barrier.

The plumber was. Friendly and professional ! I was calling to cancel since I was able to fix it myself when he knocked on the door, the person on the phone said he’s there service call was free so I let him in but and he put the pipes back and tightened them and I was charged 135.00 for that

Great company, great service, Great service man. Nick came out ran a drain cleaner then did a camera showed me what was going on fix the issue offered me some solutions to consider down the road and left. Nick was very polite understanding and willing to explain and answer any questions. He was also very polite to my wife. And I would recommend him and his company to anyone. I think they really care and don’t just go through the motions like some other companies.
