We were relieved when we learned that Jonathan could help us with little notice on Thanksgiving Day.
Our garbage disposal failed at the worst time with company coming.

Water heater went out and I could not get it to light. They were fully booked but managed to get a technician to come by. He took care of my problem very quickly.

Riccie came exactly when the dispatcher said he would. He worked diligently to resolve the issue in the rain and mud. He gave me an honest opinion of the condition of our hot water tank and was able to make the repairs needed to get us by for a few more years. He also was able to repair our bathroom faucet that I had attempted to fix in the past. Great friendly service. I would highly recommend.

They did a good job responding to our plumbing emergency. Jonathan did a good job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the work was pretty pricey.

Professional and Knowledgeable plumbing company. I couldn't get off from work thru the week so Ars Rescue Rooter went the extra mile by coming out on a Saturday morning to resolve my plumbing issues. Exceptional plumbing company that I will recommend to my neighbors.

Was super impressed with the speed. From the time of my call - they arrived within 20 minutes ! They were also thorough in explaining the problem and repair options. They also got the necesssary "green tags" (permitting) before back filling (completing) the repairs. It was more expensive than I anticipated - but pretty confident the repair was done properly the first time. Thank you John !

The plumber (Nicholas) was super professional and friendly. After a few minutes he was hard and work un-stopping the drain line. I had hired a plumber the day prior who spent 3hrs unsuccessfully trying to fix the problem. It to Nicholas all of 20 min or less. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and didn't mind me watching.
I am so grateful that he came out and would recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter to anyone. Ten stars. Thank you Nicholas 👍👍👍

Nickolas was terrific. Professional, knowledgeable and very easy to converse with. This was the second time we had him out to address the same issue but went with a more permanent solution that we probably should he's done the first time. Setting up the appointment was a simple and timing was flexible. Our issue was not serious so we chose next day but they would have come out the evening the issue arose. Cannot recommend this company and Nickolas enough!!!

I am also trying to leave a second review from this most recent service in November so I’m adding onto this previous review from the summer. I just had my hot water. Furnace changed out today and the service men did an excellent job.

Our drain line was backing up. Regan was at our house within 30 minutes. He checked everything thoroughly and gave me some options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate being given options. I highly recommend ARS.
