Sam Hernandez for ARS came out to give us a quote on water heaters and he did a great job! He was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We talked about my needs and their options, all of which he explained in detail. The installation is coming this week and I am hopeful for the same experience with that process.

Nick was a gentleman and professional. He cleared my main sewer pipe quickly. Nick then checked all my sinks,tubs and toilets to make sure they all drain properly. He also gave me pro tips about the plumbing. All of this service and at a great price!!

We had a major plumbing issue. From the time they diagnosed the problem to the time it was repaired was just over 24 hours. The broken pipes were 10 feet down and needed to be dug 10ft by 5 feet down in this Texas soil, also known as clay. They started digging, late afternoon on Thursday and needed to come back the next day but they took great care to make sure the site was covered and protected for safety and then they were here right away in the morning, even tho it was heavy rain, they were still here and waited until the rain stopped to continue digging. As soon as the digging was done the repair specialist was here to repair the pipes, even tho it was after 4:00 on a Friday. Seriously when we called them Thursday late morning, we didn’t expect to have running plumbing through the whole weekend. Especially when it was discovered we had such a significant issue. Highly, highly recommend this team!

Great service in a timely manner. I was having issues with another plumbing company that quoted an extremely high amount that was costing $6900 at first then they said I needed $28900 . I was also given false information by them. Saying my whole house needed to be repiped. After I spoke to ARS for a second opinion. They sent out William Farrar. He put the camera underground showed me the pipes were fine. Then he did a water test and said no pipes were leaking. Thank you for sending him out and for him being so honest with me and explaining everything and showing me on camera they were good. I gladly paid the $375 as apposed to the $6900 to $28900. I was quoted. It’s sad because I am a lady that the other company tried to take advantage of me being a women.

The salesman through the installers and through the technicians were fantastic. We had an issue with venting from a prior roof install an ARS was wonderful. They came back out multiple times to see the issue was corrected. Our safety was their top priority. Thank you Ricci and Mike. Will use them again.

Thank you Nick. You sure know your profession well. He got straight to the issue and fixed it. I love the way he explained my problem to me. Great guy and yes Rescue Rooter is topped notched. Add on: once again it was Rescue Rooter to the rescue! Same problem as the last time, this time it was a different serviceman. He was very polite went straight to the problem had it fixed in no time. Man, I just love this company and how their servicemen know their craft. Thank you once again.
