ARS/Rescue Rooter is an excellent company to do business with. We have used them for several years primarily for plumbing and the quality of work and the speed of service is outstanding. The prices are fair and all of their employees we've dealt with are role models for people in the service industry. Randy was fantastic and went the extra mile to ensure my problem was resolved.

The entire experience was seamless. Even when there was an unexpected delay and my appt had to be rescheduled to a different date, the staff provided top notch customer service.
Our technician Riccie was the best. Very professional and fixed the issue with the garbage disposal really quickly! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Both company and tech were very professional. They were on the job within a couple of hours of receiving my plumbing request. I was kept updated and I think that their pricing was very fair. Not only would I use this company again, I highly recommend that others give them a try. They actually exceeded five stars.

After months possibly a year of multiple plumbers from various companies trying without success to find a sewer gas odor we found success this past weekend. The Odor was coming into our Grapevine business from adjacent business suite that became vacant recently. On Saturday we were saved from the brink of insanity when ARS dispatched plumber Jon E. Jon was methodical and diligent as he found multiple drain issues including one that was hidden under the flooring. He researched every possibilities all in darkness as there was no electricity. Periodically sniffing fresh coffee grounds so that he could continue his pursuit to identify each and every issue requiring corrective action.
Everything was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time and a t an affordable rate . ARS we are grateful to Jon and want to let you know that you have a talented employee on your team.

Great service! Tony showed up right on time and was able to quickly clear clogged main line left by renters. Identified a couple issues we had with hardware that I didn’t know existed. Super friendly and helpful. Will definitely use ARS again if the need arises.

We had a slab leak that was draining into the front yard. The technician came out and found the leak the first day and fixed it the next. The experience was very pleasant and the technician was very knowledgeable. He clearly explained our options and gave his advice on the matter. We had our water pipe rerouted through the wall and connected to the rest of the system in the attic.

Washer was leaking, they tried roto rooting then they checked the lines under the pier and beam very efficiently physically and cameras and explained completely and repairing.

Nick W. from Rescue Rooter saved our whole night. We had a blockage that resulted in water coming out of the base of our toilet and up out of our shower drain. Their customer service agent, Payton, was so nice and sent Nick out right away. He resolved our issue and went above and beyond to make sure that we didn’t have any other immediate issues. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We will definitely be reaching out to Nick and Rescue Rooter for any of our future plumbing needs!

Responded to my home within 3 hours of the call, worked quick, was knowledgeable, friendly to talk to and kept the area and walkways clean. Sediment buildup from an AC compressor line that drained into my bathroom sink had a stoppage in the pipes past the p-trap, snaked it out showed me the clear water flow afterwards through the lines that run across my yard. Took maybe an hour, but was thorough in explaining what he did why he did it and how to keep up preventative maintenance.
