I had been dealing with a backed up kitchen sink with my own snake equipment trying to save money but finally had to call the plumbers. I seriously thank God I found ARS Rescue Rooter who had a plumber out here the very next day and ready to do the work same day for a very affordable price! I had recently been quoted an exorbitant price for the same job from a different company that would come out at a later date, so I was amazed at how affordable ARS Rescue Rooter was even with warranty. Regan was polite, very informative, had no issues answering any questions I had, and did an amazing job.
10/10 will definitely be recommending Regan and ARS Rescue Rooter to everyone I know. Straight up lifesavers with pricing, professionalism, and customer service!

Regan was so informative and quick with his assessment and work. He explained our situation with ease, and we were able to get the issue resolved the very same day. He even recommended their restoration crew they're partnered with to come out and inspect any potential damage. I'd highly recommend their services. Excellent, I called on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm, they sent someone immediately. Gave me a discount. Tony was great at diagnosing and explaining the issue. I have used this company for the past 4 years. Always on time, great service, and professional staff.

ARS/Rescue Rooter is an excellent company to do business with. We have used them for several years primarily for plumbing and the quality of work and the speed of service is outstanding. The prices are fair and all of their employees we've dealt with are role models for people in the service industry. Randy was fantastic and went the extra mile to ensure my problem was resolved.

The entire experience was seamless. Even when there was an unexpected delay and my appt had to be rescheduled to a different date, the staff provided top notch customer service.
Our technician Riccie was the best. Very professional and fixed the issue with the garbage disposal really quickly! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Both company and tech were very professional. They were on the job within a couple of hours of receiving my plumbing request. I was kept updated and I think that their pricing was very fair. Not only would I use this company again, I highly recommend that others give them a try. They actually exceeded five stars.

After months possibly a year of multiple plumbers from various companies trying without success to find a sewer gas odor we found success this past weekend. The Odor was coming into our Grapevine business from adjacent business suite that became vacant recently. On Saturday we were saved from the brink of insanity when ARS dispatched plumber Jon E. Jon was methodical and diligent as he found multiple drain issues including one that was hidden under the flooring. He researched every possibilities all in darkness as there was no electricity. Periodically sniffing fresh coffee grounds so that he could continue his pursuit to identify each and every issue requiring corrective action.
Everything was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time and a t an affordable rate . ARS we are grateful to Jon and want to let you know that you have a talented employee on your team.
