Hi, for the past 2 days have had water leakage under my kitchen sink, so I called ARS rescue rooter for help. Then. Hector show up and took care of business. One thing that stand out about Hector? ARS has provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. Johnathan Barajas and Chris Breazell quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained my options, and completed the repair efficiently. They were professional, respectful of my home, and left everything clean when they were done. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise add-ons. I’m very impressed with their knowledge and customer service and highly recommend ARS for any plumbing needs.

This year, so far.. has been the year for some serious upgrades at my home. ARS has come through to make sure I was fully satisfied with all work performed. I had a complete panel upgrade (which included being able to run two freeze dryers at the same time), a mini-split install (cassette for temperature control) and AC/furnace tune-ups.
I appreciate everyone involved in this process - James, Yoani, Alex, Kenneth, Angel, Melvin, Richard and Justin.. thank you!! We had a few hiccups along the way, but ya'll made sure the job was completed and that I was happy.

Tech Darieck came out and inspected my hvac system and gave me some great recommendations. Our system is only 3 years old but still gave me tips on how to maximize my unit. Will be looking into adding an air purifier based on his recommendation.

Jeremy was very professional and recommended that it was time for me to replace my ac unit and furnace after 20 years in my home. He made me feel real comfortable on how he explained of the service I would be receiving and my fiance choices. He is a great asset to ARS.

Our HVAC representative from ARS, Darieck de la Cruz, worked hard, communicated clearly, was very knowledgable, efficient and personable. He is the best tech we’ve ever had and I request him each time. He found a serious issue last time that 2 other people missed and saved our home. Good job Darieck de la Cruz! Clone him. He should train others!
