We had 2 water heaters that were leaking so we contacted ARS Rescue Rooter/Lowe’s to do an inspection and give us an estimate on replacing. Ted is the representative ARS Rescue Rooter sent out and he was incredible. He did a thorough inspection, talked with us about our options and helped us understand the best system for our home long term. We have always wanted a tankless system but didn’t think it was an option for the size of our home. To our delight, he was able to offer this option that will meet our needs and be an asset to the value of our home. Ted was able to schedule the work to be done same day so within a few hours, the old heaters were removed and the new system was set up. Works great! The installers/technicians were very professional and respectful of our home. Refreshing to find a company and people who represent that company you can trust and count on. If you need anything ARS Rescue Rooters provides, call them and ask for Ted!

Steven Jinkins gave me a thorough breakdown of all items he found when inspecting my HVAC along with recommendations.
He made sure I understood the systems he was checking and how they operated and performed the required maintenance the same day so I didn’t have to worry about my system failing.

Excellent service. Technician was on time and professional and cleared the drain in no time. Supervisor came out with a camera and found some issues with the drain line and offered solutions for permanent fix.

Chris was great! He showed up on time and was very professional. I had a clogged sink, he gave me two options for repair, snake the line or clean it, and explained each option in detail. I opted for cleaning the line since it seemed snaking it would only be a temporary fix. After seeing what came out I knew I made the right decision. Over all great experience. I would highly recommend ARS for your home service needs.

We had ARS come out for a clogged pipe in the kitchen. Hector walked me through my options and began working as soon as I made my selection. He was able to clear the lines with a snake. He did suggest we have Tommy come out with the camera to make sure we did not have any major issues within the line.
Tommy ran the camera in multiple spots and communicated exactly what he saw. He also showed me pictures so I would fully understand. Luckily, we had no major issues!

We had Jose as our service tech. He was great and super communicative about the service and arrival time. I had actually booked this service through Lowe’s after getting some mulch on Saturday!
Jose was great. Super professional and showed me photos of my system where everything was going well and also things that could be improved. He put together a quote of some things that could improve the current system. So we just have a lot to think about about.
He wasn’t too pushy but cordial about the improvements. He wore little booties over his shoes to keep our house clean too!
Very pleased with his work.

Had our A/Cs tuned up and Lam Tran did a great job. He clearly diagnosed what could have become potential problems and documented with photos so I could validate for myself. We agreed on the solution and he was back on an hour to complete the service. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. Great customer experience from start to finish.

I was helped by technician Hector Escobar and he was super respectful as well as knowledgeable. He fixed my problem within 20 mins and was responsive when it came to preventative measures and expectations of the job. I would highly recommend Mr. Hector for any future jobs!

They explained issues that I needed help with clearly and concisely.
And only are doing necessary repairs and things that are helpful..
