ARS came to the house to tune up the system. Found out our upstairs units were on their last leg. Chase Slater the Service manager and Chris Burks the comfort coordinator explained every step of the way to ensure we knew what needed to be done and what didnt need to be done. Install is promptly scheduled to get us on track

I replaced my 21 year old gate water heater. The installation team was prompt. The installers kept me informed during the whole process. Everything was completed and cleaned up within the 3 hour time period. They answered all my questions and reviewed all pertinent operating instructions with me. I was very pleased!! Frank and Bert are wonderful!

Great experience from beginning to end. I was put in contact with ARS by Lowe's. Pricing was very competitive. Dave took the time necessary to listen and understand my budget and what was needed. He provided suitable options that delivered good value. Axle and the installation team did a great job, were meticulously clean and highly professional.

Tran, my technician was very considerate to call and give updates on arrival time. He was able to diagnose my air flow problem several other companies could not. Very knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate that appears to be reasonable. ARS has provided service in the past and completed all jobs w/o problems. Definitely recommend.

The technician arrived right on time, respected my space, and even wore shoe covers something I really appreciated. After doing annual maintenance on my AC unit, he clearly explained what was going on and gave me several options to address my unit issues.
I had a great experience with ARS from start to finish. The service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Technician Donovan was exceptional he took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left and even shared a few helpful maintenance tips.
It’s rare these days to find someone so knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. Thanks to Donovan and the ARS team for their excellent work. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable air conditioning repair or maintenance

We just had an awesome experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter for my AC fall maintenance and drain line. Edgard C. was the technician, and was fantastic! He arrived on time, very professional, and explained everything in detail. He walked us through the process and made sure our HVAC system was running smoothly before he left.
I really appreciate his expertise and the extra care he took to ensure my system is in top shape for the winter. I highly recommend Edgard C. and ARS / Rescue Rooter for anyone needing AC maintenance or repairs!

Semi-annual service call to prepare furnace for upcoming colder weather. Bad discovered troubling corrosion in furnace. We elected to replace 10+ year old HVAC system.
We were able to select from 3 options a system that fit our needs and budget.
Will continue to be a satisfied ARS customer.
