The tech was wonderful. But scheduling was not people friendly. Online stated i am a real person; how may i help you; but schedule; so i had to literally call in . Wasting your time booking online.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. They were honest, professional, and very prompt from the first call through finishing the job. The plumbers clearly explained what was wrong, what my options were, and what the work would cost before they started, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The guys were very friendly, respectful, and hardworking, and it shows that they take pride in their work. ARS Is the Best AC & Heating Company in Houston. James Dell, technician with ARS is very honest, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I have had several AC Companies come out that could not give Quality service. Take it from me, ARS is the best. Most honest and professional Company who will put your needs and finances first.

Chris Burke came out to do a quick consultation for an old AC unit at our home. Right away he noticed a troubling concern with our outside unit. We went back inside to see our financing options & he was able to get us approved for a reasonable monthly payment & got our services scheduled for next day installation!

We were impressed from the moment the lady answered our call. No gimmicks no pressure just honest hard work from the techs. Darrell Smith tried to do every thing he could for the lowest price possible. Claro Martinez came in and was confident in in his work and advise gave us many ideas to be proactive in what to do to keep our plumbing in good working order. This level of service is not a common thing in today's world. We will continue to work with ARS for our needs and do advise you do to.

We contacted ARS / Rescue Rooter, were very pleased with the promptness. Jada, our dispatcher that scheduled the service call was very polite and helpful. Jada, made sure that we would be seen in a timely manner. Our Tech Felipe showed up before time, he was very professional and informative. Felipe observed what was happening with our A/C Unit explained thoroughly, what was going on. Felipe, was able to accommodate the services that were needed to get our Unit back working properly. We definitely recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter Repairs for any future services.

Jesus is a professional through and through, with extraordinary knowledge of his profession and product functions.
Understanding what functions, how it functions and why, is critical when making a quick decision. He had the patience of a Saint dealing with this senior citizen.

AWESOME!!! Came out very quickly and were ultra professional. Assessed the situation, ran a camera up the clean out, cleared the blockage, and explained how to keep it from happening again. Couldn’t be more pleased. I would give them ten stars if possible.

These guys are the only plumbing service I will ever use again. Jason & Joseph arrived promptly at my Apartment complex. They quickly assessed the blockage and offered me very fair pricing.
All while educating me on what to do to prevent future issues. Ultimately they cleared the main sewer line blockage in 15 minutes & advised me to call the city to have them come hydrojet the sewer line on their side.
Best of all, they didn't charge me a penny due to it being on the cities side. I have honestly never come across such an honest & trustworthy company like this. Hats off to you guys!

Manuel was very professional. He explained what caused the kitchen leak and gave me options of replacing the disposal. Also, he explained another issue with my dishwasher but will be another repair that I will have to tackle another day.
