Chad Jackson was very thorough during the entire process. He took the time to make everything clear and broke it down in a way that was easy for me to understand. The experience was good . Derrick explained what was wrong with my system and then Chris came and went over the options for a new AC and heating system. I feel very comfortable that I am getting the best unit for my home. Chris did not pressure me at all and he explained everything to me satisfaction.

Great job through Lowes. ARS contacted us. Showed up on time. Spent quite a bit of time evaluating the issue and explaining the options. Order was placed. Install crew showed up same day and worked into the evening to finish the job. Good follow up and came back the next morning due to a minor hiccup. BTW, our water heaters are up in our attic so the install was tough.

I had my AC system serviced and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Donovan showed up on time, he explained everything without the runaround. He cleaned the unit, checked for leaks, and made sure the system was running at full performance before leaving. I would recommend the company.

Everyone from our Consultant (Leonard), a Manager (Kevin), the Installation Team (Tobias & Julio), the Electrician (Kenneth) and all the Customer Service Representatives we talked with were very helpful and professional. One of the managers (Kevin) gave us a discount for the inconvenience of our installation not being done till the following day because of unforeseen circumstances that occurred at another location. We will continue to use ARS / Rescue Rooter because of their exceptional Customer Service and the great work they perform. Thank you, all, for a wonderful experience!

We had a kitchen/laundry room sewer line clog for a couple of days waiting on home warranty company to send someone out. Had enough of waiting and called ARS. A technician was out within a few hours. David was amazing! He was knowledgeable, informative, patient, kind and effective! Would definitely use this company again!

These guys were awesome! They came out fast, super professional, and didn’t charge just to show up like other companies. They fixed my sink in less than 10 minutes and even cleaned the whole line. Great price and great service — highly recommend!
