ARS responded quickly to my call for an estimate on the installation of a water heater. Vance came out same day and showed me options. He was personable and professional and answered all my questions. He set up an appointment for the install the following morning. I was very satisfied with the service he provided.

James is the man! He stopped by to give my grandmother a free inspection of her 25 year old AC system. Needless to say we found quite a few health issues. After some discussion, and James educating us on the Reme Halo system, we decided it was a no brainer to go ahead with the replacement of the system. He was very professional and very friendly. Even my dogs liked him! Safe to say he’s invited to the cookout lol

Adam did a thorough job with checking the ac unit at my house and showed me small tips as far as simple maintenance that I can do as well as showing me plans for what I will need to do to improve my units and my home efficiency. Very knowledgeable on all aspects and did work that the previous reps had overlooked. Very thankful to have Adam as a service man. I recommend rescue router 100 %

Hector the service tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem within a few minutes of his inspection. Issue was resolved in a timely manner. He suggested we put a camera in the main drain because the house is brand new and having a problem of this magnitude is highly usual for a brand new home. Vance arrived with the camera and discovered issues with the main drain pipe that I need to take up with the builder of home. Both gentlemen were professional and I will use ARS again and recommend them to my friends that need a plumber.

We had 2 water heaters that were leaking so we contacted ARS Rescue Rooter/Lowe’s to do an inspection and give us an estimate on replacing. Ted is the representative ARS Rescue Rooter sent out and he was incredible. He did a thorough inspection, talked with us about our options and helped us understand the best system for our home long term. We have always wanted a tankless system but didn’t think it was an option for the size of our home. To our delight, he was able to offer this option that will meet our needs and be an asset to the value of our home. Ted was able to schedule the work to be done same day so within a few hours, the old heaters were removed and the new system was set up. Works great! The installers/technicians were very professional and respectful of our home. Refreshing to find a company and people who represent that company you can trust and count on. If you need anything ARS Rescue Rooters provides, call them and ask for Ted!

I love ARS. Andrew was the technician today. He made sure both units were running smoothly and helped clear out the drains. He installed two air purifying systems and two new surge protectors.
