All around a great experience. Our comfort specialist was Mr Chad Jackson. He was very thorough and concerned about the safety of my family to make sure the job was done right. We scheduled a date for our install be done. Then our a/c went out all together. Without even thinking about it he got us on the schedule for the next day. I’m not one to do reviews very often. Mr Chad is definitely a 5 star employee.

I’m beyond happy with my new HVAC system from ARS Rescue Rooter Houston North! Chad Jackson was wonderful to work with—very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He made sure I understood all my options and helped me choose the best system for my home. After the installation, Chad even came back to my house to help me set up and learn how to use my new thermostat, which meant a lot. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend Chad Jackson and ARS Rescue Rooter to anyone needing a new system!

Thank you for responding to my urgent call in timely manner and being at the location on time. Timothy franklin did an amazing job by listening to the customer and not wasting time and jumping on the issue immediately. Timothy did not hesitate on answering all the questions and other questions not related to the call as well. Very helpful very honest and very professional. Felipe was my technician, he arrived with a smile on his face and ready to get me up and cooling. Unfortunately my system had failed beyond a reasonable price to repair. My system was 14 years old and already giving me a headache. Felipe provided me with options and explained it all throughly. We will be using Felipe for as long as he works in ARS. He gave us a price with his manager Keith that we could not say no to. Thank You Felipe and ARS.

We always use ARS for all of our home maintenance and repairs. They arrived on time and were professional, courteous and respectful of our house. When our plumbing problem turned out to be worse than we thought, the supervisor, Chris Breazell, came out to talk to us. He fully explained the issue, gave us our options, and offered different financing options. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get our problem fixed and stay within our budget. We would recommend Chris and ARS for any of your home maintenance and repair needs.

These guys were great! I called to set up the appointment at 9:30am and they arrived about an hour later! Very professional, super friendly, and worked quickly to unclog our tub drain! My technician Felipe Garcia was very professional and explained things well. He arrived late at night at my residence and diagnosed the problem quickly. Although this is the worst time for me to have to spend money on a new A/C, I feel like this company provided honest and dependable service.

We worked with Phillip Miller and he did an excellent job of reviewing all if the available options and how the process works for replacing my HVAC unit. He explained everything step by step and provided awesome customer service. Very professional and would definitely recommend reaching out to this company and specifically asking for him!

Where do I start? Dave Dotson was amazing from start to finish, inspecting the work that needed to be done to helping me find which plan would work best within my budget. What I liked the most about Dave was that he lead with compassion for the customer and listening to my needs in the moment instead of making me feel that it was only about the sale. Dave thank you for sharing your knowledge and explaining everything to where I could understand. Because of my experience with Dave I would definitely use this company again. 😊

Field supervisor Sean Kirkpatrick was terrific. Very attentive and knowledgeable, did a thorough check of everything, fixed the water leak he found and made minor repairs along the way. Took great pride in his work and was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The best among experienced plumbers we have seen.

I recently had to have my HVAC system replaced by AR/AC Rescue Rooter, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of just the sales. Chad, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, from what was needed to why it was necessary. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I understood each part of the process.
What I appreciated most was how thorough and transparent he was. His explanations helped me feel informed and confident in my decision, and I walked away better equipped to ask the right questions about my system. That level of professionalism and care really stood out.
