I had 2 AC/Furnace units installed in my home little more than a month ago. Unfortunately there were some small problems after installation which is understandable. I made various calls to ARS and finally a few technicians showed up a day later and fixed that problem. I was fortunate to ask one of the technicians who I should contact in the future when there is a problem. He happily referred me to Brian Jinkins and provided the phone number. For some reasons I couldn’t get a detailed invoice after a few weeks of contracting the seller and other parties. I was very frustrated and decided to call Brian, I was very rude and very ugly to him but he continuously and calmly asked me to give him a chance to fix the problem. My rude answer was “send your technicians to disassemble and remove the units and return them to ARS”. Anyway, the next day, I thought I should give him a chance to fix and the problem and wow, within a few hours he delivered as promised. I had a few more small problems with one of unit and decided to call him today. Again he delivered as promised. Based on his responsibility and prompt actions I honestly think he should be promoted to President of the company.

Chris did a fantastic job helping us with our new heater system. He was called and came immediately to talk specifics and ended up with a check! This isn’t easy with my husband either. I’m impressed with this company and will use them again for sure.

Highly recommend Chad Jackson with ARS. He made it out in a matter of 1/2 hours and provided me with all the information and more that I would need. Was able to make an order and have everything installed in the same day.

Our water heater died and started leaking during the coldest weather/frost/hail. I asked Home Depot to have someone contact me ASAP about a replacement, since we had no hot water. Within 15 minutes I got a text from HD letting me know someone would contact me. 30 minutes after that I got a call from ARS letting me know someone would be out that day to see exactly what was needed.
A few hours later a rep came to the house, figured out what was needed, and said ARS would call with an appointment.
The crew was at our house less than 24 hours later with a replacement water heater.
Turned out we also needed a little pipe replacement and an electrical disconnect, since the existing one was not up to code.
The crew replaced the water heater and let us know an electrician would be out ASAP to install the disconnect. He was there within 2 hours.
All crew members were professional and very pleasant. Thanks HD and ARS!

Having worked with ARS for a while and always finding their staff professional and reasonable to work with, it was a pretty easy decision when choosing a provider to perform an HVAC replacement at my home. After a maintenance visit and discussions about replacement options (existing systems were 12-20 years old), I had the installation scheduled for the next day.
Chris Burks helped me understand the system differences, trade-offs, and put together a deal that worked for me. Great service!
Update: Cesar and the installation team were great and the work was very well done and clean. They even followed up with some wiring replacements due to the age of the existing wiring, thanks again ARS!

The technician Andrew came out in timely manner. Very respectable of property, with explaining what the issue can be. After inspection and choosing an option, everything worked out just fine. Gave recommendations on other maintenance/repairs with no hassle. Issue was 20yrs of grease/soap scum inside the line from kitchen sink only. All done quickly and efficiently. Will use again or recommend for others. Picture is of return valve under the sink.

He helped us make a decision that was best for our house and finances without any pressure. We felt he was honest and sincere - and worked to get us the best deal. We are very satisfied!

Matthew Gilberg was the plumber who assisted me. He was very friendly, courteous, and honest. He told me what he could do and couldn't do at the time, and was patient listening to me as well as very informative sharing with me recommendations and just basic information that I didn't know. His recommendations worked, before he left my frozen pipes were starting to have water flow in my sink, and soon after he left I had hot water again! Thank you Matthew!

Heater went out during the freeze 2026. We called ARS which had helped us in the past. They sent Bobby who went above and beyond helping us with solving this problem, as my husband is dealing with several medical problems at this time.. We were able to work it out very smoothly and work began immediately. I would recommend very highly

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Hector and Chris tackled the problem and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. They were courteous and friendly. Wore shoe covers and took care clean up any mess.

The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and thorough. I really appreciate the free estimate because turns out I didn’t need and electrician and I need an AC repair. They showed up on time and was very respectful and friendly!

Kenny Coston went above and beyond to help me with my plumbing issues. He gave us several different options to choose from as far as pricing. Kenny also provided extra information concerning our hot water heater. I would definitely recommend Mr. Coston for any plumbing jobs. Mr. Coston's personality and Professionalism are two of the reasons my family have chosen ARS to complete so many jobs at our home for over 20 years.
