I had a wonderful and a very educational experience with Chad Jackson from ARS Rescue Rooter. He explained everything to us from top to bottom, he took his time in answering any and all questions. We learned a lot about A/C units, how it should look and how it should work and what causes it to break down and talked about the best option for my family. I am very happy with our visit with Chad he his not only very professional, but is respectful, and very easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend Chad Jackson and ARS Rescue Rooter!!

I called for service on my hot water heater that would not start. Kenny was sent out to inspect. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining it to me. I had to order a part from the manufacturer. He came back to complete the repair. He explained every step of the repair. Kenny did a great job communicating with me. I would definitely recommend him and want him back at my home for future repairs. Great job.

I had a clogging issue with my kitchen sink, my husband and I have tried everything the night before, we were going no where, when the sink clogged again this morning, I knew i need help. Gave them a call, the technician Austin showed up within and hour, gave me a free consultation, and gave me three different pricing option to choose from. He also educated me on what might cause the problem and how to prevent that. The service was quick, and he cleaned everything up when he was done. Very professional and efficient.

My experience with ARS couldn't have been made any more simpler and comprehensible than it was made by Chad Jackson. His professionalism and helpful attitude is commendable. An experience that is generally not considered to be something to look forward to ended up becoming an enjoyable one.

The technician Felipe who provided the HVAC inspection was outstanding. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to recommend what is in the best interest of maintaining my system and not wasting money.

The guys had to switch out the water heater. Once here, they realized the new one was too big so they left and came back with one that would fit. New water heater looks great and we're very happy!

ARS technician, Dung Pham, inspected my cooling & heating system in about 10-15 minutes. This was the 2nd time experiencing this disappointing kind of service from ARS. I’ll just cancel my so called “Prepaid Pro Service Plan.”, it’s a waste of time & money.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable. Explained all item done. Explained if there was an option or upgrade. Arturo was very pleasant and knowledgeable and came up with the solution needed. Arturo did a great job of explaining everything

Again, ARS is right on schedule and sent me another awesome technician: Timothy. He did a thorough job of checking the a/c in the attic, the outside unit, and the other parts. I am very pleased that ARS wants my a/c investment to be in tip-top shape, and that the company has Timothy on their team! Thanks again!!

ARS. The very best. Our air conditioner went out about 11:00. The temperature was 103 and it was raining. ARS was here and had it fixed by 2:00. A big thank you to Joseph Beavers. I actually would like to give him 10 stars. Thanks again ARS
