Hector came on time and brought the right equipment to clean our main drains, which has been clogged for a while. He did a great job to clean it right. Jake came in later checked the drainage with camera and made sure everything is cleaned before close up. They are all showed very professional on the jobs. Great services!

The plumber that came was courteous and quickly cleared the line. The following morning they ran the camera through the system and were able to identify the issue quickly. Austin was very informative and took his time to explain the process in detail. Overall a very positive experience.

My new HVAC unit was cooling fine however every day the temperature would creep up even though i had it set on 70°.Steven came out this morning and was able to assess the issue which was the setting in the thermostat. The daily setting temperatures were high. He adjusted so now it will stay at the temperature i set it to when home or when I leave.

I was disappointed in the fact that I was given a 4 hour window, then the tech was 2 hours later than the time given. I don’t blame tech, I blame ARS for not being realistic, and possibly not having enough staff on duty.
Once Hector Escobar got here he worked as fast and efficiently as possible. He was very clear on what he was doing and pricing. Also made arrangements for him and his supervisor to come back tomorrow to use a camara on the line, to check on further issues.

Honestly, it pains me to even write this review.
I recently had ARS come out for my annual AC maintenance. During the visit, the technician recommended replacing the contactor and installing a surge protector. I agreed and paid for both. I was told my unit was in good condition.
Less than 24 hours later, something started tripping and my AC unit began shutting off.
I called ARS and was given a service window from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. No call, no show. I called back and they extended the window to 10:00 PM – midnight. Again, no call and no technician showed up. I had to keep calling them myself just to get an update.
Eventually they apologized and scheduled someone for the next day.
When the technician came out, I was at work (I work 24-hour shifts in EMS). My wife spoke with the tech and was told that a supervisor now has to come out on Monday.
All I want is for my home to be cool again. My AC was running fine before the recommended service, and within 24 hours it started shutting off. I’m hoping this can be resolved quickly because the timing makes it very concerning that the issue started less than 24 hours after the recommended service.
Right now I’m very disappointed in ARS.
I’ll update this review later depending on how they handle the situation and if they make it right.
UPDATED:
The supervisor came out and took a look at the unit and they were able to resolve the issue. I appreciate ARS coming back out and making it right. The unit is running again and the house is cooling properly.
While the initial experience with the missed service windows and the problem right after maintenance was frustrating, I do want to acknowledge that they followed through and addressed the issue.

3.9.2026: Called in for a filter change and maintenance service. Sam Hoffman came out and he was awesome!! From the moment that I opened the door to the time he left, Sam was so polite, respectful and very informative. We really enjoyed having him do the service and air filter change. He’s an asset to ARS and please put him down for all our future service requests. I’m giving him a 10.

Jeremy was very professional and recommended that it was time for me to replace my ac unit and furnace after 20 years of use in my home. He made me comfortable on how he explained of the services I would be receiving and my finance choices. He is a great asset to ARS.
