I was told a price and an estimate time of arrival, 6 to 9pm did not show until 10:20 the person was really sorry so late but got the sewer drain cleared and said someone would come tomorrow to take video of it, we will see.

From the first meeting with the salesman Jim, furnace installers Jim L and Tyler C .and all the people I had contact with I knew that I was dealing with a Quality company. Also Patrizia at Quality assurance was great help. It was a good experience dealing with the ARS company. Thanks to all that helped us through this time of no heat in the home, Nice and toasty warm today.

I called ARS to perform routine maintenance on my furnace. The technician was very polite and professional. He cleaned my system and pointed out areas where I needed to take note as it may cause an issue in the future. He also pointed out a problem which needs addressing and explained it in a clear and concise fashion. I appreciated his input.

My technician, Jay, was on time, very neat and explained everything he doing to correct my drain problem.
He came out on a Sunday morning and completed the work in no time.
He cleaned up the mess my sewer backup caused and was interesting to talk to.
I would definitely recommend him for and use him for any future plumbing problems I might have.

The ARS team was every thing I needed in my AC needs. I Found them on Angie’s list they promptly sent out Khal. He answered all my questions and explained everything they would do in great detail. The install team, William and Jesse did a fantastic job and explained the new system in a way I could understand.

We had an excellent experience. From our Sales guy Jim, who was very kind felt genuine and not pushy at all to our installers Brandon and Diego, Diego explained every thing he and Brandon was going to do to get us installed, they were very respectful of my home laying Down tarps wearing foot protection and just were very kind, upbeat and friendly. They might have not been the cheapest on the market but our process was seamless and we are grateful for the peace of mind. I highly recommend.

Alfonso was prompt, neat, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which were many. I think this was the first time Alfonso was our technician and would request he be the one to come for future work.

I was very pleased with the technicians that came out. Unfortunately due to unforseen events we needed multiple techs for multiple days. However, each time they came out, they were always very courteous and professional. Just want to send a special thank you to Alexis, Anthony and Drew. Keep up the good work.
