Technical diagnostic evaluation: Quann took photos of compressors, coil, and other parts. He presented findings and costs of repairs. Extremely professional and well spoken. Listened to our concerns and answered all our concerns.

All technicians are knowledgeable and experienced I consider this company just like family; their goals are to make sure you're serviced without the worrying. Chris, was our technician for today, very professional and did a great service on our HVAC UNIT. In the past, Anthony, Phil, Dean and Manuel always were diligent when they serviced our unit! Each tech expressed their concerns and said the unit had a few small issues.
Today, Chris felt the unit was still capable of performing as the unit was doing well cooling the house.. He pointed out the age of the unit, and stated it was rebuildable if minor issues arose, but replacement was inevitable. Keep an eye on it.

Today I had the AC inspected to get ready for the summer with ARS, as I do few times a year.
Connor Godfrey was the technician, and I must say that I never had a technician providing so much details as he did. He was very detail oriented, he answered all my questions and explained things I did not understand. Great customer service provided by this young man. I was very comfortable with his recommendations. Cuddos to Connor.
