Joe did a great job when he came to our home on time & inspected our GVACsystem, changed the filter, cleaned the drain and rinsed the condensor. He was very pleasant & professional and gave me a few rips on maintaining the system.

Joseph Diehl was very polite. He was quick to find the problem with my air conditioner and he fixed it in a timely manner. He explained what was wrong and what he was fixing and how much it was going to cost. He also told us about our warranty on the work he had done.He also told us about a plan that is offered by his company to maintain our unit and left us the brochure. I would give him a 10 out of 10 on his performance.

Always impressed with the customer service and professionalism of ARS staff. Pierre went above and beyond to fit in a coil cleaning us today - keeping us updated with his progress and how we can continue to keep the system clean. Highly recommend.

I got a preventative maintenance service through Lowe’s. They were able to come same day. Eric the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only “complaint” was that we were supposed to get notified when technician was on their way of which we did not. In fact we got a text 10 minutes before the technician left saying we were still scheduled on time. More humorous than mad.

Very good experience. Anthony did a great job! He checked all parameters in the unit and found no issues. Cleaned the outside unit coil, flushed the drain line, replaced the air filter, inspected the pull out breaker, and made some recommendations to keep the unit in good shape throughout the year.

Today's 11-24-25 service technician was excellent. He did a great job and very knowledgeable Not his problem but the Co.ARS should warranty a longer period for repairs on a 2 year unit. Pitiful we should have to pay over $300. On a clean out a clog. We did our part with the viniger and water flush.
