had a great experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter Orlando for my AC service. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. My AC is now running perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I appreciate their honesty, quality work, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter Orlando to anyone needing reliable AC service.

We had ARS/ Rescue rooter install a brand new Hvac mini split system for our new house under construction. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and the quality of our new system.
Kevin who handled our initial contact and scheduling was very professional and comprehensive handling our requirements. Cheryl handled the paperwork and her assistance was perfect. Frank the installation foreman was absolutely fantastic and the crew was amazing. Kudos and cheers for a great job done. We couldn't be any happier with the results.

Amazing Christopher Duran AC Tech. Very professional. Definitely knows what his doing and such a niceist tech I ever net. He assure he checked everything on my ac equipment. I can be more happy and definitely would like him to come back and do my AC service. And I may added, I don’t to forget the customer service Keyla. She is soooo nice too. Very professional especially as a customers. I will give both Christopher and Keyla a 100 plus plus.
ARS are very fortunate to have those two employees. What an amazing people especially when the appt was screwed up with other customer service. Keyla corrected it and make it up to satisfy myself as a customer.

This company has excellent service overall. I had to have my appointment rescheduled and ended up with the best technician ever. Baldomero was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything and gave great recommendations to keep my air conditioners maintained well….

Web site needs a "contact us" email address.
Still have not received Tax credit information, need QMID (Qualified Manufactuers Identification Number) nor rebate information on invoice for Orlando Utilities Commission rebate.
E-mail sent to sale rep, no response yet. Called in to "customer service", but the rebate and tax info seemed to be a foreign language. ARS needs to be all knowing when it comes to the tax incentive and local rebates and how to help the customer in this area.
Not happy with how the outside electrical whip was installed, it is too high and should not be zip tied to the outdoor unit. As far as the carpet protection goes, the covers that were used in our home were soiled on both sides, kind of negated the purpose.
I know it is easy to forget, but a few times the workers were observed wearing the booties outside. Genuine Carrier thermostats were not included in the installation, had to reuse our old carriers thermostats.
It is hard to believe how much it costs for a new HVAC system, let alone two of them.

Called ARS 5:30. Brian came 8:10, finished in an hour. Dtain line was clogged. He advised how to flush with vinegar. Friendly amd professional.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service From ARS Rescue Rooter!
My wife and I, Gassell of Orlando, are extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by ARS Rescue Rooter. We scheduled maintenance for two AC units, and from start to finish the service was outstanding.
The first service technician was professional, knowledgeable, and clear in his recommendations. He explained everything thoroughly, and we appreciated his honesty.
We were then assisted by Joseph, the estimator through Lowe’s on Alafaya. His clarity, professionalism, and honesty were refreshing. Based on his guidance, we purchased two new units to replace our 13-year-old systems.
The installation team—Gene, Jacob, Nelson, and Jacob (father and son)—was terrific. They were polite, friendly, excellent communicators, and completed the installation with precision. From a homeowner’s viewpoint, everything was done up to code and exceeded expectations.
In total, we interacted with six team members (including phone support), and every single person was courteous, respectful, and professional.
Thank you, ARS Rescue Rooter, for the job well done! Highly recommended to any homeowner in need of reliable AC service and installation.

The tech was every friendly and professional, he checked the hvac to make sure the system functioning right and checked any leak. Also, he flushed the drain line and vacuumed.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with ARS today. Omar, the technician, came out to service my equipment, and I couldn't be happier! He was punctual, even texting me with his arrival time, which I really appreciated. Not only did he do an excellent job with the service, but he was also incredibly pleasant and kind throughout the entire process. It was a joy to work with him, and thanks to his efforts, I'm all set for the upcoming season.

Today's 12/15/25 maintenance service was good. Very polite and friendly service tech. We just wish the maintenance agreement covered more when a repair is needed. Like our November service call that amount was way to much to pay for a unit that's only 2 years old. Thank you for listening to my opinion. But your employees are all very good.
