Great experience with the technician Joseph D that came today. He was very professional and very polite. Showed me some areas. I need to keep an eye on for my system that I might need to fix in the future. Didn’t over pressure me to do anything outside the cleaning that he was here to do. I will definitely be calling again.

Exceptional AC service. ASR came to me exactly at the right time, Me and my Family needed them! We had been without cool air for 2 weeks and it was Hell! But thank God for giving me direction to find ASR! Once I spoke with someone, got appointment booked the same day. Unfortunately due to miscommunication with my home owner, the appointment was rescheduled… but we’re able to be serviced the next day and would highly recommend Tech Samuel Avila! He did an amazing job getting right to the issue running diagnosis and getting us serviced all in the same day! ASR THANK YALL FOR FIXING OUR AC TRULY GRATEFUL AND WILL BE SAVING YALL INFORMATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!!! Truly a life saver! May even say Angels in disguise! Really, Thank yall Again!!!!!!!!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🙏🙏

Dan from ARS/Resue Rooter came to do a 'tune-up" service on my air conditioner today and he introduced himself to me and extended his arm to shake my hand and that impressed me so much-- those are basic manners that you just don't encounter anymore. Dan explained everything that he was going to do and then showed me the results of each procedure that he did. He made recommendations along the way and gave advice on how to keep the unit running at an optimal level and at a minimal cost. My air conditioning unit is 9 years old now so he did discuss the benefits of getting a new system vs. paying to replace expensive parts on an older system. He did know upfront that I was considering replacing my unit with a newer more efficient system. Dan was VERY thorough and knowledgeable and informative and did not pressure me to make any decisions that I was not comfortable making. I would definitely recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter and I will definitely ask for Dan again in the future. Dan is in a class of his own-- the kind of customer service Dan gave me today was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Dan for being a respectful honest person and for exceeding my expectations.

Had a $19 dollar hvac system check through Lowe’s. Had two very capable and knowledgeable technicians. I declined the black light lamp replacement at $466.

The tech today (Lexter )was excellent. He explained every step of the service check detail by detail to me. He was very therold and efficient. Out of the eight (8) years, two home new units purchased from ARS with the service, I must say Lexter Clarence has been far the best tech on the service plan that makes the plan worthwhile in sharing his expertise ans knowledge . Thanks

Lexter Clarence proved to be an exceptional representative of ARS. Pleasant and professional attitude. Work completed in a timely fashion. Advised on additional services to include an UV light to improve efficiency, effectiveness and health. Would always request Lexter for future services.
