Great, came in with booties on, checked the thermostat, filter then went outside to service the unit. Came back inside when he was finished. Told me everything looked good, then did his paperwork and came back inside for me to sign it. Thanked me and said goodbye.

Hard working nice crew. Sales persons Hunter and Scott were kind and accommodating. Price ranges on high side but the work is quality and even the phone reception girls Maya and other were graceful and efficient. I’ll recommend their services again and again for the location and efficiency.

We had a leaking issue after replacement of my HVAC system. They fixed the leak immediately but it took a minute for them to get around to fixing the damage that the leak caused. Maybe, I didn't get in contact with the right person but once I did, my damage was repaired immediately and all other issues resolved.

ARS, KEITH was very professional, proficient, knowledgeable and honest He accessed the problem,. ETA was between 8-10 am. He arrived at 9:30 and had our work done by 10:15 ish, with an estimate and completion. Thanks Keith, JOB WELL DONE!!

Had a blocked sewer drain; ARS quickly diagnosed and repaired it. The plumbing work itself was OK, but follow-up was somewhat lacking. It took several attempts to get a proper invoice and documentation of the work done. If the follow-up had been smoother, I would give five stars.

Both of the service guya who came to service my AC unit was very nice, friendly and professional. They called me within 45 minutes to let me know that they were on their way. They were very nice and patient with me. I let them know that I had to get my medicine at the pharmacy. One of the representatives even opened my door for me my family was coming in the house. He even made me laugh, even though I was in pain from surgery.

Had at least 4 employees working on finding the reason for my kitchen sink back up. They drained pipes in my front yard as well as the kitchen. The equipment they used and their overall knowledge deserves a 5 star rating. They found the problem - grease is blocking the water to flow. I wish I could remember all the workers names (Ben, Travis, Harrison) but the others also deserve high praise. All are all outstanding ARS employees.

Outstanding Service from ARS – Technician Jordan Dean & Dispatcher Bryan
I had an absolutely outstanding experience with ARS! Technician Jordan Dean went above and beyond — he promptly responded to my request to move my HVAC maintenance earlier in the day and arrived right on time. Jordan performed a thorough inspection, explaining everything clearly and even took the time to teach his trainee/apprentice during the visit — all while maintaining top-notch customer service. He also provided excellent recommendations to keep my HVAC unit running safely and efficiently.
A big thank you as well to Bryan from the ARS customer service dispatch team, who handled my concern quickly and professionally. He kept me updated every step of the way, made sure my preferred technician was dispatched, and maintained a clear and friendly line of communication throughout the process.
Overall, this was an exceptional experience — professional, timely, and customer-focused. Both Jordan and Bryan truly represent the best of ARS! Highly recommend!

My technician Matt was awesome! He gets an A+ . I had my annual HVAC tune-up on 11/10, he explained the ins and outs of what I may need in the future, because right now $$$ is a little tight. Overall my system was working great and I'm good to go for the cold that will be coming this winter!
