Rescue Rooter lives up to its name! We were experiencing a sudden sewer back-up and Tyson was at our house within a couple of hours of our call. He saved us from dealing with a lot of crap and we are very appreciative!

Kyle was great and professional in fixing our broken pipe in the wall that houses the pipes for our master shower. He had to cut holes in the wall to fix the pipe. I am going to install an access panel in the whole he neatly made for the repair. He got our water back on in good time.The price was a little steep but is a sign of the times. Overall it was a job well done. Thanks again Kyle! I would absolutely use Kyle again if needed. Oh I almost forgot about the nice lady that called for the scheduling was absolutely the nicest person she could be to talk to about our problem. Thank you.

Great experience from service from Rescue Rooter. They replaced my sewer pipe with timely efficiency and everything is working well. Thanks to Tyson and his professional crew.

Rescue Rooter replaced our sewer pipes with efficiency, professionalism and in a timely manner. They left the yard as it was previously and cleaned up very well. Tyson was great to work with and we appreciated his help. I would recommend Rescue Rooter.

Arrived promptly, although the heads up phone call didnt occur. I did receive an email 15min after they arrived however. Service was great and the price quoted was the price.

A positive experience, start to finish. I called last night to put in my request for service this morning, and the call taker, Raul, was very friendly. This morning I spoke with dispatcher Mandy and she was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get service in a timely manner.
Our tech was Devin, and he was awesome. Professional, friendly, calm demeanor, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. He didn't try to upsell (as I've experienced with other companies) and he went above and beyond to provide great service and fix our problem. He made recommendations for future maintenance, but again, not in a way that felt like pressure. Our service was very affordable! We would definitely hire him/Rescue Rooter again for any future jobs!

The guys were here super quick. Explained what needed to be done and did it very quickly. Tyson, Ray and Tanner were all very friendly and great to work with. Would definitely suggest to a friend and if needed for other plumbing issues here would definitely call again.

Our issue was funky and to no fault of their own, the issue couldn't be resolved. But he gave it his best and was incredibly kind!

We needed help on a Saturday for drainage issues on a more complex build. This company sent out a plumber named Graham who found the underlying problem and replaced a broken part after doggedly chipping through spilled concrete (a new home) to get to the the pipe; plus he flagged a previously unknown leak in our filtration system. Felt really lucky to have stumbled across him in our desperate search for a weekend fix.

Old house with bad drains, but Devin was able to get them up and working again pretty quickly. Next day service is fantastic.

Kyle was great. He had to move things around in my garage. So he actually organized it and made a nice path for me to be able to walk through with my cane. He was professional and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time.

Rick returned today to replace our leaky kitchen faucet. He is an extremely good worker Friendly, prompt, clean. We felt very comfortable with him here and any recommendations he made.
