Very helpful and respectful of home. Having foot covers. Cleared my drain and made sure no other leakage, even checked crawl space under house.. definitely use this company again.

Tyson did a great job fixing our slow tub drain, including inspecting the plumbing from below (in our crawlspace) to make sure what he needed to do was safe for our plumbing in an older house. He explained everything thoroughly, as well as providing alternative options to just cleaning our old pipe vs replacing the blocked section. He also provided great information and an initial estimate for repiping our older home, explaining everything in detail as well.

Response was quick, Anton was great and solved our kitchen sink draining problem. It was an obstacle course to get to the clean out and he cheerfully helped me move everything out of the way. I would definitely use Rescue Rooter again.

Josh was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a sewer scope and explained the process and results.
If I need a plumber in the future I will call them back!

The technician that came out to assist with my issue would be the one getting the 5star he was great would highly recommend him the company itself sucks at communicating I called fairly late the night my issue started happening around 5pm to 6pm they said they had a opening between 9pm to 12am I was amazed they would have a tech working that late well 12am hit and heard nothing from them after the scheduled time then when I spoke to them they said they could have a tech out between 8am and 12pm didn’t receive a phone call until after 2pm saying a tech is on the way and should be there within an hour past 3 I called again saying hey is anyone coming out was told the would call me back finally almost an hr past when they were supposed to be here he showed up and that’s when everything went positive he was highly professional and super knowledgeable again tech great company needs to work on their communication

Jordan and Kyle came out to help. They were professional and answered all my questions. While no one wants to spend money to get rid of a clog, the peace of mind it gives me is worth it. My service guys were great!

I contacted the office on a Sunday, the staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I was contacted by dispatcher confirming all information, less than an hour later service tech Matt called he showed up less than a half hour got right to the task at hand. Very professional business, would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a plumber same day. Was given a four hour window and Jack L was there at the start of the first hour. He understood the problem and had the tools to fix it quickly. He explained what he was doing and confirmed the problem was resolved before leaving.

I did a stupid thing and put sauerkraut down the garbage disposal. Rescue Rooter is who we have always used. Kind outstanding service! Highly recommend for anything plumbing ❣️

My sink would fill with water every 2-3 minutes and now it works perfect. The guy (Thomas) was very easy to talk to and helped make it possible to be able to wash dishes!

Vanja was out today to clean my gutter drain. Very professional and courteous, he quoted the price and then began work with the large, diesel driven jet cleaner. Amazing! The underground drain was cleared in no time, making me very happy. Great clean up after and top notch customer service. I'll definitely call these guys again if I have a clog. Best money I ever spent.

Devin is the third person I've had out for the same small leak. He was personable, had a good plan and for the first time in two years i wont need a vase under the kitchen sink : )
