We had a leak at one of our bathroom faucets. We were quoted the cost to replace an entire faucet plus labor. We called Rescue Rooter for a 2nd opinion. Thomas came out and told us it was a simple part that was leaking. Replacement part was 20 dollars. Way less than replacing an entire faucet. Thanks!

I was given a time estimate of 45 min and thomas came right on time. He quickly diagnosed what I needed for repair and got everything done quickly and effectively. He was also very clean, wore covered shoes and laid out pads and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

This company takes great care of my old house. I have used them for Almost 20 years and they are always very reasonably priced with a very high-quality of work. Two friendly plumbers came out to help us with our frequently clogged preschool toilet. They scoped the waste line out to the street and determined the problem wasn’t there. They advised us to pull the toilet or have them pull the toilet. We agreed and decided to do it ourselves. Prompt friendly service!

I called them and the Dispatcher made it fast and easy. Very informative. And then my tech arrived and I was more than pleased his customer service approach was Spot On Great guy with Great Customer Service. Earned my trust. And a Bid on the spot was absolutely amazing . Thanks Guys you knocked it out of the park. Jack needs a dinner out with his wife on the company. Dedication is hard to find and he has that!

Got same day service. Tech arrived in the time window estimated. Very Polite/Clean/efficient . Tyson was very clear in explaining our issue and possible options.
Applied the $99 service call $ to the drain cleanout he did.

Jordan was awesome. He had to make numerous trips to find the right collector basin. He got my wife's shower back so thankfully no more hotel stays. My wife had to deal with the situation since I had work and Jordan made my wife feel comfortable even though she had to be here at the house without me. He kept the doors door and made everything a lot easier for my wife. Thank you Jordan. Hopefully i will not need your services again, but if I do I'm requesting Jordan. Very professional and knowledgeable of the situation. I just happened to see the Rescue Rooter truck as I was going up my drive and stopped to get a card . Called the office and was able to get Vanja the technician whom I spoke to earlier.Vanja was able to fix my clogged drain right that day. Now that’s what I call Great Service.Thank you .

Kyle helped with what we thought was a leak. Turned out the wax ring need led to be replaced on a toilet. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, he was able to acknowledge our concerns and walk us through a couple things that could be the issue and would tackle from the least invasive to most invasive. Felt great about the troubleshooting and education he provided.
