I think these guys went above my expectations. The whole time I felt informed about when people would show up and when they showed up I felt informed about what they were doing! It was also a Sunday and same day service! Thanks for the help unclogging our drain

Thomas is the best technician of any type of service I have ever had here. I called with about my clogged bathroom sink drain and he fixed both that drain and a toilet base leak which I wasn’t even hoping to have fixed at all today. He arrived promptly soon after I had called, then fixed both of these problems, all within just a very short visit. I will absolutely call for help again whenever I need it, and I hope Thomas might be my technician then as well.

They came within an hour of me calling. I had a problem with a down spout going out to the sewer system. Thomas found the clog right away. He was very knowledgeable & told me the best way to take care of it I will definitely call them again. I had them scope my system in 1999 & 2006. Same great service!

Rescue Rooter lives up to its name! We were experiencing a sudden sewer back-up and Tyson was at our house within a couple of hours of our call. He saved us from dealing with a lot of crap and we are very appreciative!

Kyle was great and professional in fixing our broken pipe in the wall that houses the pipes for our master shower. He had to cut holes in the wall to fix the pipe. I am going to install an access panel in the whole he neatly made for the repair. He got our water back on in good time.The price was a little steep but is a sign of the times. Overall it was a job well done. Thanks again Kyle! I would absolutely use Kyle again if needed. Oh I almost forgot about the nice lady that called for the scheduling was absolutely the nicest person she could be to talk to about our problem. Thank you.
