The technician did a great job and the entire team had great communication. He was fair and honest. Our house is really old and he gave options to what we could do instead of trying to up charge. It was refreshing to have a contractor that was responsive, timely, honest, and did good quality work.

I had an excellent experience with Jordan Simpson from Rescue Rooter. We had been told we needed a 3-year service done on our lines, but Jordan was honest enough to let us know that wasn’t actually necessary. His integrity and transparency were refreshing.
Beyond correcting that misinformation, Jordan was incredibly helpful in providing guidance about upcoming maintenance we might want to consider. He offered new perspectives on how to think about our plumbing system as it ages, which was exactly the kind of practical advice we needed for our older home.
Jordan was professional in every way - courteous, respectful, and thorough. He even wore booties in our house without being asked, which we appreciated even though we’re dog-loving people who don’t mind a little mess. It’s those small touches that show real professionalism.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rescue Rooter again for any plumbing needs. We know we can count on them for excellent customer service, great communication throughout the process, and honest solutions to whatever plumbing issues we might face. It’s been a pleasure working with them, and Jordan in particular made a lasting positive impression.

Christmas Day catastrophe - sewage line backed up and flooded our home. Rescue rooster had someone out within the hour. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and unclogged the pipe within an hour.

They came out same day, even though it was a later call. They fixed the toilet and tub, and were helpful throughout the whole process. Explaining the cost of what it would take to complete both, or one alone. They were clean, organized and friendly.

Reasonable pricing. The guy felt honest and helpful. He was not pushy and he seemed to really know what he was doing. I will definitely use this company in the future. I had a clogged sink and he fixed it very quickly.

Out of five phone calls asking for help to clear our kitchen sink drain which clogged on Thanksgiving day, Rescue Rooter was the only company that responded. They had a great knowledgeable plumber here within just a few hours who arrived when we were told he would. Our kitchen sink drain works great and the dishes are done!
