Vanja was very pleasant, explained what he was going to do and provided some options if the simple drain cleaning option didn’t work - yes, expensive but that’s the industry - after the bathroom sink, the bathtub was draining slowly and he drained that as well - very appreciative of his personality and work ethic

Both my kitchen sink were plugged unable to use. I called rescue rooter late on 8/18/25 in the afternoon and Thomas with rescue rooter came out within a few hours took care of the problem in my kitchen on the sink without any hesitation they knew what they were doing very professional very kind and respectful. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and neighbors my bill was not overwhelming. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you Thomas for your great service. You guys at rescue rooter you rock.

If plumbing emergencies were horror movies, mine was about to be a box-office hit. Then these heroes showed up faster than you can say ‘leaky pipe,’ armed with tools, know-how, and what I’m pretty sure was Jedi-level plumbing wisdom. In less time than it takes me to find matching socks, they had everything fixed, cleaned up, and running perfectly. Zero drama, zero mess — just pure plumbing greatness. Honestly, if there were an Olympic event for response time and service, they’d take the gold. Thanks again, Kyle Schneider!

A longtime go-to, "get me out of this jam" help for me. Always on time, and at least for me, they stay until the job is finished. If they're out of a part, they can often go and get one the same day. They've always been up front with me regarding prices, options and their suggestions, as well as follow ups if necessary. Have lived her for thirteen years. Will continue to trust their help.

Rescue rooter is fast on sending out technicians for sure. Technician Thomas Do is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m an introversion when it comes to dealing with people in business but Thomas makes me feel comfortable. I’ll give 5 stars for that.

Vanja, the plumber, arrived 25 minutes after my first call. I had the sink taken apart and knew what I thought would help, a very long drain snake. I was right but had misunderstood the pricing advertised. Vanja spoke with his manager Justin and they snaked the drain for a great price anyway and even fixed some of the fixtures for no additional cost. I was ready to go rent a longer shake, but Vanja and Justin decided to help and I will call again and be happy to pay more for the service!

Called Friday evening with an emergency leak in our hot water line on our tankless water heater and they were able to book us next day from 8 to noon. Someone came out at 9:30 and fixed our issue within an hour. Price was pretty reasonable considering the short notice. Graham was professional, competent, and efficient

We’ve had Rescue Rooter come out to our small dog grooming business a few times now, specifically Graham has made a few trips out. Always very pleasant to work with and does his best to make sense of the insanity of our plumbing system in an old building. They’ve been great about making it out to our shop the same day we’ve called which we appreciate with how much we reply on water. Plumbing issues are the worst but Graham helped make it the best experience he could have.

Customer Service was amazing. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the clog that we have been working on for 4 days. Technician gave us tips on how to prevent another clog. If I had cash on hand I would have given him a tip. This has been my second time using you. I hope your prices get more reasonable so I can be an ongoing customer.

Mitchell Cole, Will and Vanya were Courteous, Clean, Knowledgeable, Efficient and very nice men. Mitch was early for our same day service call and was able to start work right away. Turned out that our 62 year old drain pipe was all corroded and needed to be replaced under our bath tub, the team worked until 6:00 PM and came back the next morning to complete!! We are very pleased with this great group of guy’s service!! We will definitely recommend Rescue Rooter Plumbing to our Family & Friends in the future. Thanks guys!
