WOW. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about my experience with RS Andrews, especially my technician, Donovan Davis.
Donovan was absolutely outstanding from the moment he arrived. He came out for a diagnostic because our primary heat wasn’t coming on, and instead of just telling us what was wrong, he took the time to walk us through everything. He brought us directly to the unit, explained exactly what the system should be reading, and showed us the proper numbers so we could fully understand the issue. That level of transparency and care is rare and incredibly appreciated.
His knowledge of our HVAC system was next-level, and it was obvious he truly knows his craft. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, Donovan was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire visit. His professionalism was impeccable, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring.
I also want to point out how much I appreciated RS Andrews as a company. Because we had another issue last month, they applied a discount of about $70 off this diagnostic, which really showed they care about their customers and stand behind their service.
If I ever need service from RS Andrews again, Donovan will 100% be my go-to technician. This is the kind of service that turns a one-time customer into a customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!!

Call several companies on a heating issue and they were the first ones that would come out same day. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what was found and correct the issue. The cost was fair but I would have paid almost anything for home comfort.

The install was great and loving the new furnace. The only reason for 4 stars is when the technicians cleaned up and left, they did a half hazard job. There were metal shards cut off from the duct job, and screws left both inside of the garage and blown onto the driveway all over. Luckily I inspected when they left and cleaned them all up but I would have been quite upset had I gotten a flat tire from a careless cleanup job after a $9,000 furnace install job… The company was quick to come check out the situation when my furnace failed, got me a quote that same day and work began next morning, so I do appreciate the timeliness on their end with respect to that.

Always reliable and honest. Recommending fixing big/major issues now while honesty saying that other repairs are needed but not immediately allowing for financial planning for the other repairs!
Plus everyone who has been to my house to assess the units have all been friendly and knowledgeable.

So far I have been very impressed with RS Andrews. From Mike F. the salesperson who was very professional who sold me the HVAC unit to Kyrie and the other guy who came out on Dec 29th to install the unit the professionalism did not stop. Also Terrance G. came to the house today to install a B vent but he said I need a larger B vent and he apologized for the inconvenience. He also said the dispatcher would call me for a new date for the technician to come out. He also answered my questions concerning the B vent as well as the thermostat. RS Andrews keep up the good work!

Hope was very detailed in explaining a situation I was having problems with and professional. Hope is very knowledgeable in her craft as well. Will recommend to friends and family for sure. Hope also installed germicidal UVC lamp along with with servicing and giving very good recommendations to keep our new HVAC system for a long time.
