The night before Thanksgiving our toilets stop flushing. Thanksgiving morning I found ARS Rescue Rooter by google search. I called them Thanksgiving morning and luckily they sent out Scott to snake our pipes in hope of clearing what we assumed was a clog. Turns out it wasn’t a clog but the City of SD’s main sewage line was clogged and sewage was backing up into our sewage pipes. If not for Scott’s tireless efforts to drain the sewage, our house would’ve been flooded like our neighbors who unfortunately were flooded. The next day a team from ARS coordinated the efforts with the City of SD to insure the main was cleared saving many houses in the process. Taking the time to explain the process they were all very courteous and professional. We required some additional plumbing upgrades and it was handled by one of the best service technicians I have ever come across. Jose Mora will be my first call on any plumbing issue from now on. His kindness and professionalism went well beyond normal and I highly recommend Jose and the entire crew at ARS.

Ruben was very professional and concise in explaining what needed to be done. He cleared the clog expediently, and did not leave a mess. Ruben was also very friendly and put us at ease. We will ask for him again if we have any future plumbing issues.

We had a great experience! Eduardo Z was so knowledgeable and gave us really great service. We appreciated his straightforward approach and will be using ARS for all of our HVAC needs in the future as well!

Fast service and very professional! I had a sewer line clog and ARS was able to come out the same day. They cleared the line, ran a camera, and diagnosed the problem all for a great price thanks to a special they were running.

Ed did an incredible job. I called late in the evening after I discovered a water leak behind a bathroom wall. Ed responded quickly, he was extremely kind and friendly, and did the work quick and efficiently. Ed genuinely cared about my best interest and gave me several options before repair. I can not say enough good things about Ed and he is an asset the Roto Rooter, they are lucky to have him

A Shout Out to Jose who saved me once again !! I really can't say enough about my unbelievable experience with this plumbing company. They do everything you need when regards Plumbing services and they are well known and I trust them implicitly with any need I have and they have been over my house a number of times and every single time they exceed my expectation Just recently they had a $99 special for drain investigation and by the time they put the camera in. They found the clog and pulled it out without delay. I live in San Diego and I would never call a different plumbing company.ARS Rescue- Rooter, they are my answer for any plumbing snd drain service ! Jose comes out and Always gets the job done 👍

Fast efficefficient and professional . Kenny did an extraordinary job in rebuilding my kitchen plumbing. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for any plumbing need. Replaced garbage disposal on the spot. No waiting. A plus for anyone who needs fast service.

The technician came here this morning to clear line from the toilet that was backing up and after 20 minutes, you mentioned that there’s too much paper in there and he’s a snake has gone 70 feet and still hasn’t opened it and suggested that I have to do hydrogenating for $2000 and I said no so I called Bill Howe And this technician just came and he snaked it and he said 20 feet in he cleared the line and the toilet shower. Everything is working fine. Also, he wanted to charge me $99 for his service and I called his office and they waved that.
