Response to my call was quick! I’m particularly pleased that Ed Kroshchuk, who has come before, could come. He is terrific- a wonderful plumber and a splendid human being!!

Same day service. Technician was on time and did a great job communicating what he was doing. His knowledge was evident and he explained the system and its current condition in easily understandable way. I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter and Brandon and will absolutely use their services from any future HVAC issues/needs.

The plumber was on time, professional, and polite. I really appreciated his positive attitude and communication throughout the visit.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix the issue, but I would still recommend them based on their professionalism and effort to help.

We were having an issue with the shower diverter (water coming out) and my husband tried to fix it but it didn’t work out. I called ARS Rescue Rooter San Diego which they were open 24hr. I was able to talk to someone and schedule an appointment for them to come that morning. Thank God. The technician Ed Kroshchuk was very friendly and helpful in fixing the issue. My dog Loki loved him. I highly recommend ARS to the rescue!

Top notch service from start to end. Manual my ARS technician was extremely thorough, professional and I truly appreciated his expertise. I would appreciated it recommend! Customer service was also top notch. They kept in communication with me every step of the way from the moment they returned my call to when my technician was on his way.

Art and his team did an excellent job installing a new clean-out for my plumbing system. They arrived on time, assessed the situation carefully, and explained the best approach before starting the work. The installation was quick, precise, and left the area completely clean. I appreciated their professionalism and transparency, no hidden fees or upselling. I’d definitely call them again and highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

My pipes backed up, ARS sent Kevin (Field Supervisor) with a plumber to use a camera when another company said it would cost a few hundred to use their camera. Kevin did it free and was able to tell me about the issue in a few minutes, after the other company spent an hour and a half to tell me they needed to send someone else since the first guy couldn't do the job. Firs rate service and I will use them again (my house is really old). Thanks Kevin and AS!

My tech Jason V is always the best. Knowledgeable and Kind.
The scheduling team was pleasant but a little troublesome with correct scheduling even when I called back.
Only reason I didn't rate 5 Star.

Anthony and his assistant did an outstanding job. Explained everything they were going to do.
They inspected the a/c filter and system for cleanliness. Asked how often the filter was changed. I explained that ecobee has alerts for changing both filter and scrubber light.
We went outside and they checked the system for cleanliness.
Excellent semi annual service.
