My technician Brandon was very courteous and professional. He even wore bootie’s. Everything was explained step by step. He took pictures of everything and showed me what was done and what needs to be done. I have never had a technician that was so good at his job.

The plumber explained what he felt the problem was. I wasn’t sure if I felt that was the same problem. But, after watching him I came to see he was probably correct. I was shocked at the 1st quote he gave me. I asked about a senior discount and he said yes they offer one, thank goodness. They’re not cheap but you get a fully licensed plumber and he was careful with the equipment he used and neat and clean. At the end of it , I was satisfied.. He was a nice man, respectful., and the job was well done.

Although ARS canceled 2 previous appointments, at the last minute, Adam, the technician who showed up at the 3rd. appointment, was very nice and approacheable and explained clearly what he found in the HVAC system.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I think this experience really deserves one. Memo (site manager) and the ARS team identified two big problems the day they arrived: The main sewage line under our rental house had collapsed from tree roots, and our kitchen pipes were leaking a lot of water into the wall. Memo and Gabriel were incredible over the course of what became a huge 10-day emergency pipe replacement and repair. Kevin, Eric, and everyone we interacted with on the ARS team were fantastic too.
Even though I’m just the tenant and not the one paying the bill, Memo and Gabriel went out of their way to keep me and my family constantly in the loop. Every day they explained what they were doing, why it mattered, and what to expect next. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked long hours outside and under the house (including in brutal heat and rain), and even came in on their days off to make sure the job stayed on track and got done as fast and effective as possible.
What probably stood out most was their attitude. Memo and the crew were super friendly and professional, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. It was obvious they cared about making the experience as smooth as possible for us. Rather than just shutting the water off for days, they prioritized our comfort and made sure we almost always had access to water and working facilities. When the repairs were finished, they cleaned and redid every surface like new. That kind of thoughtfulness made a huge difference.
10 out of 10, I’d recommend Memo, Gabriel, and ARS Rescue Rooter San Diego to anyone.

I accidentally broke a landscape watering mainline, so the repair needed to be done quickly to avoid things dying from lack of water. They sent somebody out on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated. his experience and expertise were quite amazing. The Truck he came out in had everything a Plumber might need from tools to supplies to do just about any task I can imagine. He performed the repair quickly and efficiently was done within only a couple of hours even with the difficulties caused by various underground obstacles.

Eduardo, Anthony and Josh were such a pleasure to work with for my new central AC/furnace install. Anthony and Josh were so respectful and professional during the entire installation process. They worked all day doing this install and never complained once. I was so impressed by their hard work and dedication. In addition, they left no mess and were respectful of the house. Eduardo was also super helpful in finding me the best price for a new unit as well. He explained everything in detail and super respectful in the deal process. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent responsiveness and customer service from start to finish. The operator offered me a same day appointment, was flexible during scheduling around my tenants work schedule. Ruben was there in a timely fashion, diagnosed the leaky hose bib, and finished the estimate and the repair quickly. 1 year warranty on parts and labor were a huge plus. I was out of state when the repair took place, and Ruben and his team took care of my house and my tenants, and took payment over the phone. Couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be working with them in the future. Thanks
