James met with us to determine size of new water heater, explained options and new California requirements for pressure release unit and our city permit. It will be warrantied thru Lowe’s. Ruben, our installer, is exceptionally thorough. He taught us several things about the new water heater. He is such a nice person, it was a great experience. Thank you, ARS, your folks are highly qualified and we appreciate their excellence. We will request your help with future projects.

Jonathon was on time and got to work. He explained what he needed to do and did it. Once he finished he explained how knobs and dials work. He really did a great job.

Would not hesitate to call ARS Rescue Rooter again, especially for any serious plumbing problems. From the first frantic phone call they were calm, courteous and professional. The crews who came, led by Tony and Scott, were similarly trained and dealt with our issue swiftly and tirelessly in an occupied apartment building! They were friendly with our tenants and by the time it was all over (7 days) we were a bit sorry to see them all go. I recently had a further incident with a scam letter requesting more money from someone using their name. Freddieann in their office took over, found the culprits, reported them and needless to say, stopped me just in time before sending off the money to those scammers. I cannot say enough good things about this company who seem to have retained their moral compass...valuable in these sketchy times.

Had a water heater emergency this morning so I checked the Lowe’s website and I was soon in contact with Jonathan from ARS Rescue Rooter. He came to the house and we went over options and price. By 12:30 we had hot water again with a brand new 50 gallon OSmith unit. Very satisfied with the service and knowledge from Jonathan.

I cannot thank Eddie from ARS / Rescue Rooter for his professional service. He reviewed the issue I was having with my toilet and while the job turned out to be MUCH bigger than we initially thought, he led me through the work that needed to be done. He also chatted with my 8 year old 😀.
Thank you, Eddie. I'll definitely be calling you again when I have a plumbing issue (hopefully not too soon!).

This is the second time using ARS Rescue Rooter. Both times were just as great of a service. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Jose, the tech that fixed my issue, was very professional, friendly, explained he situation step by step. Even though, I ended up paying more than the initial quote, it was clearly explained and I very much understood why. And was happy with the end result. Overall, great service, amazing techs, pleasurable customer service and satisfactory prices.

Edward from Rescue Rooter San Diego did an outstanding job replacing our valve and installing a new decalcifying system. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our water quality improved immediately - couldn’t be happier with the service! Highly recommend Edward for any plumbing needs.

We had a main line leak that Was bubbling out out of the laundry room floor drain. I came across ARS rescue router on google and gave them a call. They were there within an hour and we were up and running within two. No up charges or tricks. Highly recommend.

Although ARS canceled 2 previous appointments, at the last minute, Adam, the technician who showed up at the 3rd. appointment, was very nice and approacheable and explained clearly what he found in the HVAC system.

ARS called and offered heater maintenance for $29. The customer service representative was courteous and making an appointment was a breeze. Their communication was excellent on the phone and with e-mail updates. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Armando, was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and respectful of my property.

Always love Tarpy. Great service and nice techs. We’ve had the maintenance plan for a few years now after they replaced our AC. Always respectful and do a great job working quickly and quietly (somehow I always manage to schedule maintenance for nap times).
