ARS did a fantastic job on my plumbing leak. The plumber c was on time, efficient and kept me informed during the repair. He also sent progress pictures as he completed the repair. SUPER WORK AND SERVICE!!

My kitchen sinks were clogged up, and ARS was very prompt in coming over in a Sunday to help unstoppable both drains. The gentleman was respectful and quick to get the drains clear. I even received a discount on a Sunday no less. Who knew? Thanks ARS. PJ

We called for a plumber thinking that was the issue, but before he could make it to our unit and charge us the fee, the plumber called and said it was probably HVAC, then canceled the apt so we wouldn’t be charged and sent them instead - he was right and saved us a lot of money! Then Jason was super nice and very professional, they explained everything to us and were incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Memo and Frank were awesome. I called ARS one other time for a clog in my kitchen sink and they were so easy to work with and fast that I called them again. This time I had a much bigger problem with a blockage in the mainline that’s going to be a bigger fix. However, rather than try and take advantage of the situation and over charge me, they were really honest with a bunch of options to try and fix it in the short term and gave me recommendations on what will likely need to be done in the long term.
When things break, all you ever want to know is that you’re getting an honest and fair deal and these guys delivered. They will be the first to call the next time. Ask for Memo and Frank!

Amended Sept 19, 2025: Requested AC compressor be changed under warranty. Very difficult working with ARS Customer call center. Missed appointments and foul ups. ARS REALLY needs improvement here; shouldn't have to call 3-4 times about one appointment. C. Martinez worked very hard to get me a compressor; stayed in touch with me until success. Thank you very much, you made it happen for me. The technician Jason V. Was fabulous. He did the compressor install. In doing so a transformer blew and thermostat fried due to changes made to the improved compressor. Regardless, Jason troubleshot the issue and repaired on site same day!!!!!! He returned next day to replace thermostat with newest model. GREAT Technician, as they all have been. Improvements needed internally, but the Techs are VERY GOOD!!!!!!! ++++++++++++++Bowen of ARS/Rescue Rooter did a semi-annual maintenance check on my 2021 Trane HVAC install and did a great job. Also detected a failing/failed AC compressor which was unexpected but could have been missed. Great , efficient work and layout. Glad Bowen came out today. Expect new compressor before high heat arrives. Thank you.

I received my regular yearly service for my two year old AC unit. I also had a thorough cleaning of the outside unit and the cleaning of the fan, inside of the AC space and the venting section in the hallway.
I am pleased with ARS and have used them for years. Having the yearly contract makes for reliable upkeep.
My service technician was thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable. Brandon was the best!

Heaven was a great tech. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He let us know what he was doing in our nest. Temperature meter was working perfectly when he left.
