Kevin from ARS was very efficient with the A/C maintenance. He took his time to complete the maintenance; discussed with me the process and problems with the unit and explained suggested repairs and what should be done to upkeep the unit. His professional was great and I will request Kevin for my next maintenance visits. Great job Kevin.

I have used many companies over the years for my ac that breaks every 6 months and ARS is definitely the best. They explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. They are very professional and I appreciated the calls letting me know when they were on the way to my house. They have financing options as well! This is the first company I felt like I could trust, they knew what they were doing and actually identified the cause of the break and not just replace the part without fixing the issue.

I had a full residential duct replacement done by ARS and wanted to share a very positive experience.
Jeffrey Lemasters, the sales representative I worked with, was outstanding. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, addressed every concern I raised, and worked with me to put together a detailed, well-defined contract for the duct replacement. He was transparent, professional, and ultimately was able to improve the scope of work (R-8 ducting instead of R-6) while also lowering the overall price, which I really appreciated.
The two duct technicians who performed the installation did an excellent job. They worked nonstop, listened carefully to my concerns about duct sizing and proper suspension, and made sure the main trunks were kept at the correct sizes. The finished ductwork looks clean, well-supported, and professionally done. They walked me through the test results, explained what they were checking, scheduled the inspection, and handed over all paperwork with patience and professionalism.
Overall, this was a smooth, well-communicated project from start to finish. From sales to installation, the team was attentive, respectful, and detail-oriented. I would absolutely recommend ARS — and especially Jeffrey Lemasters — to anyone looking for duct replacement done correctly and professionally.

Jamie was fantastic on 1/18/26. He checked everything with my furnace making sure there was no rust or other issues. He vacuumed out my AC drain pipe and went over instructions of vinegar, water, and AC drain cleaner for the drain pipe to keep it free of bacteria build up. He changed my AC FIlter in the ceiling. I had 1 available. Jamie then installed 2 dual UV lights after calling the office to verify I understood the price and what the UV lights would accomplish. He cleaned up afterwards and I will request Jamie from now on. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave excellent instructions. I paid over $1000.00 for the DUAL UV LIGHTS X2.

Ex was very helpful and went above and beyond his responsibilities . HVac Thermostat stop working and he fixed it right away. He also showed me What causes it. I give him 11 star.

Edwin was assigned our service call as we were experiencing No Heat. Edwin was meticulous in troubleshooting the most obvious things that would cause the problem.
This took a lot of time and patience because nothing became obvious. He discovered two contributing factors and was able to fix our problem. So nice to have our heat back.
He did a nice job of explaining things to me and educated me on our AC/Heat Pump. Edwin is a great educator. Kudos
