The ARS tech came at the pre-scheduled appointment. He was very professional and friendly. He preformed the maintenance quickly and made some helpful suggestions to keep our A/C running properly. Recommend using ARS when repairs or maintenance is necessary.

The technician was thorough and professional. Kris explained the danger to my AC unit from mold and mildew and how the installation of an ultraviolet light would extend the life of my unit by 15 years and eliminate the buildup of mold which damages the capacitor. He also arranged a free interest loan if the balance is paid in 12 months. I was aware of the mold issue because of high humidity in Florida and want to make this AC unit last as long as possible.

Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had mold growing in the system and he installed a UV lights, oxidizer and a surge protector. Also received a complimentary coil cleaning.

Since getting ac unit , we have had so many issues with the a/c . 16 service calls within 1 year of having the unit . Dozens of different techs would come look at it spend about 10-15 mins then say oh it’s frozen the they would leave . Now , I can honestly say in every company you have those who actually know what they are doing and then you have others who don’t communicate don’t reassure you to let you know what is going on . It was always a different theory . It took 1 technician who actually went above n beyond and his name is JOSH . You are friendly professional and you know exactly how to find a solution to the problem . The 2X I met with you I can say I am very grateful and thankful for all your help ! 5+ Stars for you Josh! I feel this man deserves a promotion or a raise because you always go above n beyond & my family & I really appreciate your work ethic and knowledge . To the company ARS , your customer service is horrible , only reason I give 5 Stars is towards your Awesome Tech Josh ! Cheers to you my friend ! God bless .

I cannot recommend this company enough. Junior and Tony not only worked hard to help me with financing, but did a fabulous job. They communicated well with each other as well as with me. They worked ALL day in the heat and did a great job. My new AC is working great. They cleaned up after and there is no trace they were here except that they left me with a cold house.

Extremely happy with the service provided by the technician Tony. He is a dedicated craftsman who takes pride in his work and it shows. I believe that he could walk on water and not splash. Will use this company from now on for my A/C work.

ARS did a very professional job at installing our new HVAC units. The salesman walked me through the different types of units and was very knowledgeable. We decided to go with the variable speed two stage. The installers were in and out in the same day and all were professionals. They lined the floor with drop cloths and wore shoe covers. Big thanks to the installers: Alfredo, LeDion, Josue, and Antonio.

I had the pleasure of having Chris service my a/c unit today and by far was very knowledgeable and extremely professional!! He also provided pictures of the service he conducted . I would definitely recommend him and I will be requesting Chris’ assistance in the future for my air conditioning needs!!

ORGESTER The tech that has been to my home now on the third AC routine maintenance is very good at what he does . Friendly, respectful and professional and explains everything thoroughly. Orgester has great knowledge of his job. My family and I are always happy to see him come and do our maintenance for our Air conditioner system. He is an asset to this company. The reason I still use this company is because of ORGESTER. Thank you. 😊

Technician was here promptly. Explained a lot of stuff to me. Offered me some stuff I couldn't do right now, but I did get their plan for $20 a month which includes two cleanings per year. The gentleman that came was fantastic. Not a normal pushy salesman LOL. I hope this doesn't get confused with my first review. I was a little annoyed that they were late and I had to leave but that stuff happens and we have to understand that
