New house, new town and it's below zero. So of course your furnace fails to fire. On the side of it is a refrigerator magnet with Andy's number. So I called, I got a human and they scheduled an appointment. In the mean time we got it restarted , but not right. Joe showed up in terrible weather and diagnosed the issue. In less than 3 days we were back in business, ready for more below zero weather.

Their technicians are always meticulous during these checks, ensuring everything operates smoothly. This time, Dayton Coleman visited us to perform maintenance. He arrived promptly, as promised via email, worked diligently, completed tasks efficiently, and left the work area and furnace surface spotless. He didn't find any major issues (thanks to their constant annual care), answered all our questions even beyond the visit's scope. Dayton is a fine young man incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and respectful, truly embodying great customer care. This company is really dedicated to providing the absolute best quality service possible! See your representatives on summer for the AC maintenance!!!

Quick response and suggestion from your scheduler. Having the product in stock and ready to install- only wish is that installers worked on Sundays.
The original quote I thought a “Smart” thermostat was a part of the package. Gladly, it wasn’t. The Google knows too much about me anyway- why should they know my comfort temp?

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Our heat stopped working and it was absolutely FREEZING out last night. The company that installed our system said they were booked and couldn’t come until the next evening and it was way too cold to wait until then. I called this morning at 9:00 AM and someone was here by Noon!! The technician(Ryan??) was polite, professional, fast, and explained it to me so I knew how to fix the problem if it happened again. Would absolutely recommend to someone if they needed help with Heating and Cooling!!

My furnace went out and I was without heat during this very frigid time and thanks to Andy's Statewide and technician BK (Bakeel) had the furnace up and running within a few hours ! I appreciate how prompt and knowledgeable he was by fixing the issue and giving me great advice how to maintain the furnace... I would recommend Andy's Statewide for being so prompt and knowledgeable.. really great people too !!

Service was extremely prompt and the technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Service call price at $109 was reasonable although the replacement part seemed to be a little bit on the high side likely reflecting some profit build in on the parts. Total price was $268 for our repair overall very happy with the service.

Always a good experience with the AndysStatewide Technician was very thorough in evaluating the heating system. Found a crack forming in the heat exchanger which is under warranty, however important to know so I can make it good decision on how to repair it.

The service technician Timothy Mitchell was professional, and very knowledgeable. He came on a snow day and put shoe cover from the second he entered the house. Everything was explained clearly, and he made sure the furnace was working properly before leaving. Great service overall.

Our furnace went down during a cold night. Austin from Andy's Statewide diagnosed the problem and got it working again. The heat works good again. From the time I called until the job was done, the company was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend this company if you need repair work.

Awesome service. It was less than 2 hours from the time I called until someone came out. Hunter was my technician. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!

The service technician from Andy's Statewide (Parker), did an outstanding job in completing our annual tune up of our Furnace and draining our water heater. He was very detailed and he definitely knows his "stuff." If you are using Andy's Statewide, I highly recommend Parker as your service technician.

Updated 1-29-26: Was having problems with my furnace during wind chills of 20 below. Tim came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He did a great job and spent time explaining what he did and gave me some tips for running my furnace more efficiently. Great job Tim! Thanks, and thanks to the office people who were able to get me such fast service!
Updated 8-12-25 - Had Andy's tech out for my A/C annual service on 6-8-25. Nothing has changed. They are still the great company to work with that I reviewed earlier:
They have installed my furnace, water heater, and A/C. They are friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!! In over 10 years dealing with them, everyone I spoke with, from the people setting appointments to the techs who do the service are all professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring that every customer is completely satisfied. You can’t do better than that!
